Motor access to 80 m from the house. Public parking 250 m. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant, bar, café 120 m, bus stop 1 km, shingle beach 400 m. Nearby attractions: Laveno 6 km. Hiking paths: San Michele 10 km. Please note: car recommended.
