About this property

Casa @rena - Pool - Patio - Pet friendly - LAKE

Our little and cozy flat named Casa Arena is a perfect accommodation for your relaxing holidays.

The house is lovely, well equipped and with a nice porch surrounded by trees and flowers where you can relax in every moment of the day.

Lake is only a few steps away, and there is a nice park with promenade where to walk even to Sirmione downtown.



The house is made of a living room with sofa bed and a portable air conditioning machine, a detached little kitchen, badroom with a double bed and a single bed, bathroom.

There is a nice porch with table and chairs which is shaded at lunch time and illuminated until sunset, so you can enjoy it the whole day.

The garage is safe and fenced.

Around the building there is also a big common garden our guests can use for sunbathing or for barbecues. We have a small barbecue to use.

The apartament has free access to a huge parkland where you will enjoy swimming pool (one for adults, one for children), volleyball and soccer fields, and garden

We provide a self check-in. This will make your arrival easier and relaxing - no need to agree an appointment and wait for someone to open the house.



Just in front of the house there is a nice Marina. There is a big park and a promenade that reaches Sirmione center in about 20 minutes on foot.

The closest beach (Bremen) is about 5 minutes on foot but I bet, you will hardly leave our awesome pool once you discovered it!

...außerordentlich unzufriedenstellend in der Wohnung! Gravierende Mängel : veraltete Elektrik mit teils defekten Steckern und Wackelkontakt. Im Duschraum: angekündigte Waschmaschine ohne Anschlussmögichkeit mit verkohltem Stecker, Duschwand und Duschkopf ekelerregend schmutzig. Schrank vor Handtuchhalter gestellt, fehlender Anschluss für Föhn. Fenster und Türen klemmen. Schmutziger Matratzenschoner mit Haaren auf Schlafsofa, sowie Socke von einem Vormieter darunter. außerdem fehlende Anschlussmöglickeit einer Lichtquelle beim Schlafsofa. Einige Putzutensilien ungereinigt und unordentlich , zB : Lappen , Kehrschaufel im Putzflur, sowie in der Küche unter der Spüle. Verrosterer , unbenutzbarer Grill im Außenbereich. In Informationsmappe veraltete Unterlagen von 2018, 2019 und 2023. Check-in und Check-out nur online möglich. Gastgeberin nicht vor Ort für Kautionsübergabe. Dear Silvia, nothing couyld have made you happy in that holiday. I don't know what kind of disease you had, but it's not normal to complain about everything when all our guests are normally happy for being in a nice apartment close to the lake. We accept suggestions, we are never not humble, but this exceeds the normal behavior. We wish you to feel better in the near future
