Thission Luxury Homesは、修復された1930年代に建てられた3つのファサードと2つの階の建物で、アテネの古い洗練されたクラシックさをそのまま残しています。 アテネのアテネの古代アゴラから200m以内に位置するThission Luxury Homesは、快適な空間とモダンな設備が備わる現代的なスタイルの7つのアパートメントで構成されています。 建物内には追加料金でサービスやトリートメントを提供するスパもあります。
グランドレジデンスは2ベッドルームと2バスルームのある唯一のアパートです。 キッチン、ダイニングエリア、リビングルーム（ソファベッド付）、アクロポリスの壮大な景色を望む2階の屋上庭園へのアクセスもあります。

21:00以降に到着予定の場合は、20ユーロのレイトチェックインが必要です。

Beautiful place in the perfect location

The apartment is big and comfortable. Everything was very clean, and the location was just perfect, walking distance from the best restaurants and bars, and just minutes walk from the main attraction. The place feels safe. We highly recommend it and do not miss the view from the building’s terrace.

Beautiful Place, Great Location! But...Hot Water??

This is a beautiful apartment, location, place, and everything. It was cleaned, and excellent! But...we stayed there for 5 days and there was no hot water for 2 of those days, that is the only reason for the 4/5 stars. Although it seems like a small item, nothing like the morning you are leaving to fly out and there is no hot water to take a shower, especially with 5 people.

Excellent experience We absolutely loved everything about this property, the location the cleanliness and comfort the amenities the style of the place. Best rental experience I’ve ever had , the host was so helpful, always return my questions , even months in advance, helped me book a transfer shuttle , they were so helpful.

Great view, good proximity to restaurants and Parthenon.

I had to contact the host to get check in procedure, usually the host is proactive in making contact. This property is very nice, modern, and clean and within walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars, shopping and tourism sites. We were there for three nights and we were supposed to get a change of sheets and towels, that never happened. We requested a couple extra towels the first night and never got those. The AC could not keep the unit cool, it was uncomfortably warm during the night.

Perfect location

This beautiful apartment is right in the middle of everywhere you want to be, but is also so well insulated we could not hear the street noise at all at night. If was so very clean, spacious, new, and comfortable. While the rooftop patio was not private for just this apartment, it was large and nicely appointed with a perfect view. Highly recommend.

Perfect Location! Perfect Price

I strongly recommend this property in the heart of Athens. You are within walking distance of historic sites, restaurants, and shopping locations. The apartment was super clean and well-maintained. Wifi was available as well. The owner and caretaker were very receptive and responded quickly to any need. They provided you with all the amenities you need for the stay. You felt safe and secure in the property as you needed a code to enter. An elevator was also present, so no need to lug suitcases up the staircase. I just wish I could have stayed longer. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if I am traveling to Athens in the near future, I would definitely rebook the flat.

Beautiful view

We made arrangements to meet at 9 am to drop off our luggage since checkin wasn’t until 2pm. We sat on the sidewalk with our luggage for an hour before Nicolas showed up. Nicolas was great to deal with as he stored our luggage and we went sightseeing. The apt was clean and comfortable but bare bones. No welcome basket to tied us over until we got to a store. Very good location for getting around Athens.

We stayed at this property for one night before flying back to the states. Was very comfortable and convenient to our dinner restaurant. Very helpful arranging airport transport.

Great Athens apartment

This was a great apartment. The location was easy to get to. We came in and left on the metro and only had to walk a short distance. This was easy with light luggage, if you have larger pieces of luggage, or more than one case each, I recommend arranging transport with the host, who did offer to arrange it. The apartment was on the second floor. There are stairs and an elevator. Included is access to a large rooftop terrace where we could relax at night and take in a fantastic view of the Acropolis. The unit is modern, stylish, and clean. The two bedrooms are at the back of the unit, overlook a courtyard and were very quiet. The unit does get some traffic noise, it is on a busier street, but this was only a problem for the fifth person in our group, who took the sleeper sofa in the living room. For those using the bedrooms, no noise problem, and we all found it entertaining to watch the street activity from the terrace. The unit's kitchen had the bare necessities, but aside from morning coffee or tea with pastry, don't eat in. You did not come to Athens to cook, and the restaurants are great. The host provides several good recommendations. The unit was close to restaurants, shops, and sites. The entrance to the Agora was very close, and the Acropolis was an easy and scenic walk. Our group greatly enjoyed this apartment on our visit.
