Min plats är ett kvarter från Crescent Street, som är kärnan i det centrala området med massor av restauranger, shopping och gamla Montreal. Du kommer att älska min plats på grund av platsen, högt i tak, coziness. Min plats är bra för par, solo äventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).

A great property, well appointed, great kitchen, perfect location for grabbing the metro or wandering into downtown or Griffintown. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Amazing location!

The location is amazing! We were minutes from restaurants. It was a short drive to the old town. Patty’s place was very clean and had everything we needed. Patty was very responsive and a great host. I would highly recommend her place!

A great quiet haven in a busy university neighborhood

What a wonderful apartment with outdoor space and parking, very close to universities and Center Bell. We rented it to drop off our daughter to Concordia and really enjoy the nice clean space, big kitchen and dining room (we hosted a couple of diner parties). The instructions were very clear and the apartment very charming. I absolutely recommend ++++

The perfect spot in Montreal!

This was a perfect location and home for a girl's weekend in MTL. The owner is very attentive and communicative. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. The beds are comfy and the home is quiet. We hope to stay here again soon!

Beautiful home

This house is beautifully decorated and exquisitely clean, not to mention comfortable! There was a lot of construction, making getting around challenging at times, but with parking right outside the back door, coming “home” was easy!

Wonderful stay, centrally located

Had a great stay in this two bedroom, one bath unit. Bedrooms downstairs provided great sleeping conditions as they were cool and quiet. It was great to have such good space so we could spread out and relax. Although we didn’t do much food prep there, definitely a cooks kitchen. Very well stocked with tools, pots pans, serving dishes etc. all top of the line.

Convenient and welcoming

Beautiful brownstone that made us feel at home. Was easy to park and then use the metro right across the street for all our adventures. Everything was very accessible and Patty provided lots of information. Beds downstairs were comfortable.

Formula 1 Weekend

We had an excellent stay here while in town for the Grand Prix. The location is perfect with a subway stop just steps away. Also St Catherine street is just 3 blocks away for the street party. Patty is an excellent host with great communications. The apartment is clean and very comfortable, we highly recommend. There are many restaurants within an easy walk.

Wonderful property for family visit!

The location was great! Just across from the Metro and very close to Crescent street restaurants. Old montreal is a pretty easy walk or short cab ride. The apartment was wonderfully comfy and beautifully decorated. The beds were super-comfy. All we needed for our stay was provided. Our host was easy to communicate with. Thanks for a wonderful stay! We look forward to our next visit!!!

Patty's Place

A lovely character home with all the amenities you could want, including a private patio and parking. Walking distance to excellent restaurants, museums and more and the Metro is right at the doorstep so you can avoid the hassle of driving in the city. We had a wonderful stay and would book again in a heartbeat. Patty responded immediately when needed; a perfect host!
