This new 1237 square foot townhouse has three bedrooms, 2.5 bath, single car garage, with AC & Wi-Fi. Through the sliding glass door is a private deck with, seating & a barbeque grill.
Belgrade is 2 miles from the airport, with restaurants/grocery stores & quaint shopping. For a larger selection of fine dining, all sorts of Montana made shopping & fun, Bozeman is only 10 minutes away.
Yellowstone National Park is about 1.5 hour drive. Whatever event brings you here, we hope you'll plan a few extra days to explore & enjoy our beautiful area!! We're looking forward to meeting you!! If you are a smoker and intend smoking inside please don't rent this property! NO DOGS OR CATS ALLOWED

We had a wonderful stay! Everything I needed to cook a big family meal. And having a washer and dryer was so convenient. Comfortable beds and nice living space.

Property needs some TLC, paint, flooring and toilet constantly ran, bath fans noisy and towels cheap microfiber that doesn’t absorb but pushes water. Very clean. Wouldn’t want to walk neighborhood after dark

Very comfortable for four adults. Appreciated the extra toilet in the laundry room. Husband happy to have a garage to leave trailer in safely while we were out and about. Kitchen nicely appointed and unit had cute/appropriate decor.

Lots of space and close to airport

We stayed here on our last night before flying back home from BOZ airport. We had so much space, and all the bedrooms were beautifully decorated. The kitchen was really well stocked as well. It helped having so much space and being able to rearrange and repack after 10 days on the road and in different hotels/lodges. It was the perfect house for our final night!

Excellent Home

This was probably one of the better rentals we have had out west. We go out every year to different hills for a week with my sisters family and mine. We actually booked both units which was weird being separated, but also nice to have 2 of everything. the place was very clean and well stocked with pots and pans as well as spices, foil, and such. Couple nice touches were they stocked the fridge with water bottles. There were laundry pods available. There is a gas grill and electric grill on each back porch. The porches were also very well built with composite wood. Shovels were put out where you need them for when it snows. The pull out twin in the living room was extremely comfortable, my daughter didn't switch to the empty bedroom mid week when it became available. All the beds were also extremely comfortable. I've had stronger jets in other hot tubs but having one that's 104 degrees every time you open it and doesn't leak water was a huge plus. We've been in that situation where we needed to fill the hot tub every day in other rentals. The garages were a huge plus! I can't stress how nice it is to be able to get back from a day of skiing and riding, to hit the button and just pull in the garage. Both were empty and big enough to fit our 2 newer style Caravan and Town & Country with ski racks on top. Mine had double boards with Flow bindings sticking up and at home that won't fit at 6'10" clearance. So the garage there must be 8' clearance or better. They were also wide and deep enough to walk all the way around the vehicles. Location in Belgrade was 30 minutes to Bridger Bowl and a short 5 minutes to the grocery store. About 10ish down into Bozeman for ski shops or Walmart. Very nice location. We would not hesitate to rent this property again if we go back to ski Bridger!!! If I get the opportunity I will update the other review where I neglected to mention... We met the owner Saturday morning when we were cleaning and packing up. He is super nice and was there to drain the hot tub and refill it fresh for the next tenants. I've never seen another owner put that kind of effort into his guest's comfort! I'm also sure if we needed anything during the week, he would have personally tended to it. It also speaks volumes that we didn't need anything and that the place was in perfect shape!

Bobcat Playoff game

Two couples and 3 kids stayed in this place very comfortably. We wanted a nice place to land after the nighttime Bobcat game and it was perfect. We would definitely stay again.

Close to Bozeman Airport

We flew into Bozeman to start our 2 week adventure to Glacier, Grand Teton and Yellowstone. We stayed in this home our 1st night before heading up to Glacier. The home is very convenient to the airport and was clean and comfortable. The only shared wall is between the 2 garages, so no noise from neighbors. The host is great and communicates great with guests. We were happy with our stay.

Quick overnight - but would stay longer

This property is in a great location and is exactly as described online! While we didn’t really talk to the property owners or managers, everything was set up in a way that it really wasn’t necessary to ever call or message. The property was really nice, clean, and quiet. We will definitely stay again in the future!

Great stay

Perfect stay for our group of 4 after our Yellowstone trip. Perfectly clean and great amenities. Great safe location really close to the airport for our early morning flight.
