Delightful Gite

This gite is modern, spacious and cosy, and we liked it for its easy access to the many chateaus in the area and to the Beauval Zoo. The gite is functional in its layout and has the convenience of both an upstairs and downstairs loo. We found the internet to be fast and reliable. The Loire River is 200 metres to the rear of the gite and was in flood during our stay making for a truly spectacular site. The owners live nearby and were most welcoming and keen to make our stay an enjoyable one. We would be more than happy to stay here again.

herrlich ruhige FeWo direkt an der Loire

Alles vorhanden, was man zum Entschleunigen braucht. FeWo über 2 Etagen, großzügiges Gelände, Terrasse, Bad, 2 separate Toiletten, 2 Schlafzimmer, alles super! Chambord per Rad erreichbar, viele andere Spots im 60km Radius. Gerne wieder!

Gîte impeccable et idéalement situé

Nous avons passé une semaine avec nos deux filles agées de 2 ans et 2 mois dans le gîte côté Loire. Le gîte est impeccable et très fonctionnel (four, lave vaisselle, lave linge...). Pour les jeunes enfants, il y a notamment une barrière en haut des escaliers (qui sont, par ailleurs, très praticables), un lit bébé, un tapis à langer, une baignoire en plastique, une chaise haute et des balancoires dans le jardin. Avec l'arrivée des beaux jours, nous avons pu profiter du calme ambiant sur la terrasse et faire de belles ballades le long de la Loire (qui se trouve au bout du jardin). Le logement est très bien isolé et nous n'avons à aucun momen été gênés par les occupants de l'autre gîte. Cerise sur le gâteau, les propriétaires sont particulièrement gentils et arrangeants. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Toujours impeccable

Nous y avons séjourné l'année dernière et y sommes revenus cette année avec nos trois petits enfants. Le logement est spacieux et très bien équipé (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, lecteur DVD, matériel de cuisine). Un classeur, qui contient toutes les informations pratiques et touristiques dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, est mis à disposition. Les propriétaires résident à proximité et sont très accueillants, très serviables et toujours à l'écoute. La seule réserve concerne la précision de l'annonce. En effet, la maison comprend 2 gîtes dont les photos sont mélangées sans qu'on puisse savoir à quel gîte elles se rapportent.

Impeccable

Nous étions dans le gîte côté rue et avons été totalement satisfaits de notre séjour. Le gîte est spacieux et confortable, la présence de deux WC séparés de la salle d'eau est appréciable quand on est nombreux. Le bâtiment est parfaitement isolé phonétiquement par rapport au deuxième gîte et également bien isolé thermiquement ce qui fait qu'aucune augmentation de température n'a été constatée en fin de journée dans les chambres situées sous le toit. Le mobilier est de qualité, la literie confortable et l'ensemble décoré avec goût et très (très) propre. L'équipement est très complet avec des appareils qu'on trouve rarement en location, notamment côté cuisine (vrai four, robot ménager, mixer plongeant) et aussi dans le séjour (chaîne HIFI, lecteur DVD/blue-ray). Enfin, la présence d'une machine à laver, de balançoires et autres jeux (raquettes, boules, jeux d'intérieur) sont un plus quand on a des enfants. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et très serviables et vous trouverez dans le gîte une documentation abondante sur tout ce qu'il y a à voir dans la région et aussi sur les commerçants locaux. Le seul point négatif pourrait être le manque d'ombre sur la terrasse en cas de fort soleil, le parasol ne pouvant abriter plus de trois personnes autour de la table. On peut par contre s'allonger dans les transats à l'ombre de la haie.

Tout a été pensé pour faire passer un très bon séjour avec le souci du petit détail (barbecue électrique, Tupperware, cloche à micro-ondes, …) La maison est très spacieuse et très bien équipée (beaucoup d’accessoires de cuisine, machine à laver, four, aspirateur, congélateur,…). Elle est aussi très agréable à vivre, confortable (bonne literie) et surtout d’une propreté irréprochable, ce qui est très appréciable. Le gite est idéalement situé pour des balades en vélo le long de la Loire ou pour découvrir les châteaux. Quant aux propriétaires, leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité sont à souligner. Ils sont très attentifs au bien être de leurs occupants tout en restant très discrets et c’est très agréable. Leurs conseils pour profiter de la région nous ont été très utiles. Location to be fully recommanded

Spatious gite on an ideal location to visit the Loire castles in the neighbourhoud as well as for walking and cycling tours. The gite is perfectly clean, modern and cosy decorated with colourful wallpaper and fully matching painting. Rooms are spatious and roll-down shutters in bedrooms are a real asset as well as toilet downstairs and upstairs and separate stalling for bicycles. Environment is quiet during day and night (absolutely no disturbance from second gite in house) and the ´Loire à vélo´ cycling path is in front of the house. The internet is fast and reliable. The owners are most welcoming, helpful, discrete and living nearby. Excellent location is to be fully recommanded!
