Before the property manager responds saying they’re working on upgrading the home, I get it. It’s definitely a 70’s-era home that needs a lot of TLC.
1) If the carpets (why are there carpets?!) were cleaned, it was a sad attempt. There was some kind of oil on the carpeting by the dining room table. It got all over our shoes and bags. There was a funky, musty smell in the apartment, so we left our windows and balcony door open the entire time.
2) If housekeeping comes in to clean, then why did I find short, black hairs on the counters, bath towels, in the shower? We both have longer hair that’s not dark.
3) The shower in the master bath was broken.
4) I’m so glad I had to clean the place up. From the refrigerator door handle that left my Lysol wipes black, to having to wipe the countertops down (wipes also came up black). We washed a handful of dishes to continuously use, those also had that weird grease like substance on them (like on the carpeting).
It’s 3 stars because we knew it wasn’t the Four Seasons. It’s centrally located, you can go for a nice walk around the place, and it’s close to the slopes.
