This gorgeous Barcelona apartment features one bedroom, this being the master room, with a king size bed, high quality linen, wardrobe, nightstand, making it suitable for all your storage needs. There is the option for additional sleeping space with a double sofa bed, both beds are cosy and inviting, and a great place to relax after exploring the beautiful city.

This spacious unit has one full bathroom and its far from ordinary. The beautifully tiled bathroom has all the features needed for ultimate refreshment and relaxation, the modern sink and mirroring are placed above storage, the bathroom is an extremely rewarding place to get ready and start the day or to relax and unwind from a busy one.

No Smoking: Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking apartment. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors.
No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you come to party, please book somewhere else.
No Noise at Night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 10PM/22hs as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8AM/8AM the next morning.
The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the maximum set limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.
This system helps make tourism more sustainable. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as the relationship with our neighbours is of utmost importance to us.
Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal check-in hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 22/8pm the fee is €20, and after 24/12am the fee is €50.
If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of €80 will apply.
Please note that if you book at the last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 16:00.
Municipal Tax: We have to charge you the Barcelona Municipal Tax per guest over 17 years old per night, before your arrival at the apartment. Please note that this may vary depending on the current year.
