Everything is within walking distance and parking is free in the adjacent streets.

The 3 rooms are distributed around a corridor allowing everyone to have their privacy.
The 2 bedrooms overlook the garden.

The double bedroom: double bed (140x200), Breton wardrobe, cupboard, chest of drawers and sink. A library allows you to have reading for your vacation.
The second bedroom: 2 comfortable pull-out beds (80x190), small mirrored wardrobe, desk and sink.
The bedding is of good quality and duvets provided.
The living room: very good sofa bed (140x190) allows comfortable sleeping for an additional couple.
Flat screen TV, music, board games.
You can have your meals around the round table.
Separate and well equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle ..
Shower room, basin and bathroom furniture. A washing machine is at your disposal.

L’appartement était un peu petit pour nous : 5 adultes. Cuisine bien équipée sauf que le four ne fonctionnait pas correctement, une plaque à la fois pouvait cuire. La machine à laver est tombée en panne, mais ils nous ont gentiment dépannés. Entrée et sortie super sympa, nous sommes arrivés plutôt et partis plus tard. L’appartement est très bien situé. On peut facilement sillonner la région. On peut garer sa voiture dans les rues des environs. Propriétaire absente mais qui a communiqué facilement avec nous.

Emplacement exceptionnel

Nous avons apprécié les échanges avec Florence, très réactive, et Charlotte qui nous a accueillis sur place, ainsi que l'emplacement du logement (qui permet d'oublier la voiture pour tous les déplacements dans Dinard), sa propreté et ses équipements. La décoration et l'ameublement sont un peu datés, mais cela donne à l'appartement le charme d'une maison de famille où l'on se sent bien.

Dinard en plein centre

Nous avons passé 15 jours en famille avec 2 enfants en bas âge. Nous cherchions un appartement proche des plages et des commodités. C'est le cas de cette location qui est parfaitement situé. Le marché a lieu 3 fois par semaine, les halles tous les jours. Le plage est à 3 minutes à pied. Nous y allions tous les jours ! L'appartement est très agréable, avec du parquet. Les chambres donnent sur un jolis jardin, au calme. Il est fonctionnel. La communication avec la propriétaire et la personne chargée de nous recevoir s'est également très bien passé. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Les enfants étaient enchantés

Très bien situé, plages, marché, magasins,promenades au bord de la mer. Très vivant (restaurant en face un peu bruyant mais chambres calmes côté jardin.). Difficile de se garer en pleine saison. Très belle région, on a passé une semaine très agréable.

Tout à côté des commerces, de la plage et des baladew

Arrivés en famille (2 adultes et nos 2 grandes filles) pour une semaine vacances à Noël. Appartement très fonctionnel situé dans une rue calme tout proche du marché de Dinard, de la plage de l'Ecluse et de belles balades. Pas besoin de voiture. Accueil très chaleureux, plein de notes de la propriétaire pour vous aider à découvrir Dinard. Nous y reviendrons dès que possible.

Appartement idéalement situé

Appartement très bien situé dans le centre de Dinard, à la fois proche de tous commerces, plage, port, marché, et au calme. Tout peut se faire à pieds, et il nous a été très facile de nous garer dans les rues adjacentes dont le stationnement est gratuit. Appartement au confort simple et équipé avec le strict minimum mais suffisant pour y passer quelques jours. Nous n'avons pas vu Florence mais elle a pris soin de nous appeler pour savoir si nous étions bien installés et était accessible par téléphone si besoin.

L'appartement est agréable à vivre et l'on se sent bien dans cette ancienne maison. Il est calme et reposant, situé à deux pas de la plage, du marché, des restaurants, et des commerces d'alimentation. Dinard est une station pleine de charme avec ses villas à l'architecture unique et sa vue splendide sur Saint-Malo. Le bord de mer est magnifique, l'air très vivifiant. Les plages sont idéales pour profiter des plaisirs de la baignade.

Appartement de charme très bien situé à Dinard

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette location de charme en plein centre de Dinard et à 2 pas du marché (et du parking public gratuit). Depuis l'appartement il est possible de partir à pied pour des ballades sur les sentiers côtiers et de revenir déjeuner facilement ce qui est apréciable avec des enfants .L'appartement est très calme et l'accueil a été charmant.

Séjour en famille très agréable. La location est tout à fait conforme à la description qui en est faite dans l'annonce. Elle est effectivement idéalement située, à la fois proche de tout et au calme !!! Nous y avons séjourné 3 nuits à 3 adultes, un enfant et deux chiens. Mention spéciale pour la propriétaire et sa famille qui nous ont très bien accueillis et renseignés ! A recommander !
