The house has two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, living room-kitchen, outdoor terraces, BBQ, private pool of 4x4m. Adapted for the cold months with fireplace in the living room and electric heating in the rooms and bathroom. The orientation of the property is South-West, very sunny and overlooking the Serra de Tramuntana.
