Esta casa rústica y cuidadosamente renovada con una superficie habitable de aproximadamente 50 m² ofrece una acogedora cocina con elementos de ladrillo, un acogedor rincón de sofá junto a la chimenea. Incluso desde el dormitorio, con un excepcional cuarto de baño con ducha, puede acceder a la terraza natural en frente de la casa. E incluso desde la cama tiene una maravillosa vista panorámica sobre el valle de Sóller hasta la montaña más alta de la isla, el Puig Major, Fornalutx y Biniaraix. La gran piscina de agua salada está justo en frente de la casita y hay acogedores puntos de sol y sombra a su alrededor. Debajo de una pérgola se encuentra la cocina de verano con una parrilla al aire libre y la gran mesa de comedor, como un "comedor de verano". La ubicación es perfecta, sobre Sóller, con hermosas vistas. Se puede llegar a Sóller a pie a través de un acogedor sendero a través de naranjos en unos 10 minutos. Llegada en coche es posible. ¡Un lugar ideal para relajarse, recargar pilas y no hacer nada! Esta es una propiedad para no fumadores.

De lo contrario, son los caminantes, los excursionistas y también los ciclistas quienes se sienten muy cómodos con nosotros, ya que las rutas más famosas están aquí en el noroeste de la isla. We had an amazing time at the Casita. It is a perfect little home with an unbelievable view. We loved the location being a short walk into town while also elevated in the hills surrounding orange, lemon and olive trees. Regina was an amazing hostess, very welcoming and helpful. We'd love to come back another time.

Beautiful Casita

Stunning Casita with breathtaking views. Very comfortable with everything you need and lovely little personal touches every where. Regina was very helpful giving advice on taxis and shopping etc. we had a wonderful stay and would love to return.

We had a wonderful holiday in the Casita With a 10 minute walk into Sóller and a tram ride to the port, you can enjoy all that the town offers. However, the Casita has wonderful views, a pool, comfortable seating and an abundance of figs and lemons, you can find it hard to leave! We are already planning our return

Idyllic quiet rural romantic retreat

I would have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful holiday home. Perched above the town of Soller with stunning views of the Tramuntana and nestled on a terrace surrounded by old olive, almond and fig trees, you can relax and enjoy the very essence of Mediterranean life. The casita is beautifully decorated and well equipped and the mattress firm and comfortable. We were staying when temperatures were up at 34 degrees C so the pool was a delightful treat, almost a necessity. It’s a good size and well maintained.Air con would have been nice at night in light of the extreme temperature.It’s a few minutes walk down into Soller where there are lots of restaurants around the square. Do some research if you are looking for quality cuisine or stick to tapas, salads and ice cream from the offerings around the square. It’s fun to rent a boat down in Port Soller and chug along the coastline.

WOW!!! Absolute Paradise!

This place is an absolute oasis! It is gorgeous, from the walk down through the olive trees to the stunning views of the mountains! We did not want to leave this gorgeous casita - it really felt like home for a week! Very easy walk down to Sóller but we didn’t really want to leave the beautiful casita so only did that twice! Great facilities for BBQ, which we took advantage of every evening! Honestly everything was just perfect! Gerhard & Regina were really great hosts, greeted us on arrival and were always available should we needed anything! We continued our stay on the island and they let us stay until the afternoon which was really great too! We love love love this place - could not recommend more!

Where time stops

There is some poetry of time and space and earth that happens at this casita. The house is compact, very functional with modern conveniences, but overall it yields a rustic experience, not one of luxury. And it is precisely this rusticity that gives the place its magic. One feels transported to another time and dimension, at one with the simplicity of nature in all its beauty and splendour. Even if Soller is just a short walk down the hill from the house, we found we were happiest just sitting all day by the house, breakfasting in the front of the house and eating later in the shade of the very functional outdoor kitchen. Really, there was nowhere else we would rather be.

Amazing place in amazing hideaway location

This is an incredible place to stay if you are looking for somewhere remote and quiet but only a short walk from the town. Short but very hilly! You probably need to be reasonably fit to enjoy this place as it's about a 5 minute uphill walk to the nearest viable parking spot. But worth every bit of effort! An incredible view over the mountains and Soller town, a stunning totally private pool, and every piece of equipment you could possibly need, including a full outdoor kitchen to supplement the full indoor one! Regina is really helpful and has provided some amazing thoughtful and artistic touches so that the house and garden are both delightful and aesthetically pleasing. No aircon, but two big fans and that gorgeous pool to cool off in. Perfect spot for two people to enjoy a slow pace of life and real tranquility.

Stunning!

A stunning property making a wonderful holiday. The location is perfect, only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Soller but high enough to give a sense of privacy and a beautiful view across the valley. The Casita was spotlessly clean with facilities exactly as described; all-mod-cons (TV, Wi-Fi etc.), a plentiful supply of towels, ample kitchen equipment and fresh oranges for a morning juice. Our hosts could not have been more friendly and helpful to us, but at the same time never intruded on our personal space. The gardens are immaculately maintained, the chlorine-free pool is a fantastic luxury and the donkeys and cats provided a wonderful sense of homeliness. Soller is a perfect base for walking and you don't need a car to get to a number of beautiful trails. And although there are many attractions and restaurants nearby we often found ourselves relaxing in the evening on the terrace with food we had cooked and a glass or two of wine. Sometimes the Casita was too good to leave. We couldn't give it a stronger recommendation - just please don't book it for when we want to come back!

Idylle abseits der Touristenströme

Die Anreise mit dem PKW ist etwas verwunschen und führt durch die schmalen Gassen Sollers, ist aber mit dem Navingut zu finden. Der Abstieg von der Straße zum Haus ist wunderschön und rustikal. (Rollenkoffer sind hier nicht geeignet) Diese Casita ist ein bis ins Detail liebevoll eingerichtetes Kleinod, der Ausblick ist zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit einfach traumhaft, und es ist wie Balsam, aus dem Getümmel der Orte in die relative Einsamkeit hinauf zu steigen. Nur ein kurzer Fußmarsch durch die Olivenberge trennt das Anwesen vom Ort Soller. In und um das Häuschen ist alles perfekt, um schöne Tage zu verbringen. Sowohl die innenliegende Küche als auch die Outdoor-Kitchen halten alles bereit, was es braucht. Für alle, die die Natur mögen, aber auf die Annehmlichkeiten des Lebens nicht verzichten wollen. Wenn man überhaupt das Haar in der Suppe suchen wollen würde, ist es die laute Musik, die an einigen Abenden aus dem Dorf herauf schallt und teilweise bis in die Morgenstunden sehr gut zu hören ist. Aber je nach Musikrichtung kann es auch ganz unterhaltsam sein.Die gesamte Kommunikation mit Frau Maurer war überaus persönlich , nett, hilfsbereit, rührend mitdenkend und sehr viel interessierter, als es üblicherweise zu erwarten wäre, und ich bedaure sehr, dass wir uns nicht persönlich kennenlernen konnten. Beim nächsten Mal bestimmt! An dieser Stelle nochmals tausend Dank für alles! Insgesamt einfach nur zauberhaft.

Wir hatten ein paar wundervolle Tage in der kleinen Casita. Mit dem Auto gelangt man über ein paar enge Nebenstraßen zum Haus, daher empfiehlt sich ein kleines Auto. Das Zentrum ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es einige Zitronenbäume und die ein oder andere Katze läuft einem über den Weg.Der Check-in hat ohne Probleme geklappt und Regina war stets erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.Über die Zeit hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt sogar einen Sonnenschirm für den Strandausflug. Insgesamt war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt in Sóller. Vielen Dank nochmal!

En perle i Sóller

Første gang i mange år, vi var på Mallorca. Dette var blot en kort getaway, for at lade batterierne til nogle travle måneder. Elskede beliggenheden, det lille men fuldstændig magiske Casita, som var rigelig til 2 personer. Og med en fantastisk og meget hyggelig indretning. Poolen er stor, ren og området så smukt og lækkert. Frodigt med blomster, planter, udeområder med stort og funktionelt udekøkken. Tilgang til huset, kræver en meget lille bil, vejen ned er meget smal, bumlet og snørklet. MEN hvis bilen er for stor, så bliver man hentet fra hovedvejen, hvor der er plads til parkering, og fragtet ned til huset. Charmen ved at bo midt i naturen. På mindre en 10 minutter, står man på torvet i Sóller, via den lille sti der snor sig ned af trapper gennem en lund af mandariner, citroner og appelsiner. Men skal ikke tage stiletter på, men et par praktiske sneakers. Efter en 300-400 meter foregår resten af turen på fine asfalt veje. Sóller by er hyggelig og turistet, så dejligt at bo lidt væk fra det, og kun opsøge når behovet for indkøb melder sig. Vi spiste frokost 2 gange, på 2 af byens gode restauranter, dem der er flere af. Men på Can Karlito og La Romaguera, går man ikke forkert, hvis man er til gode råvarer og er lidt af en foodie. Fantastisk søde og meget gæstfrie værtspar, Regina og Gerhard. Vi følte os meget velkommen og kan 100% anbefale stedet og værterne. Tusind tak - vi kommer meget gerne tilbage.

Einfach toll!

Wunderschön und alles Tiptop!!! Sehr sauber und liebenswert eingerichtet. Die Eigentümer sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit und wohnen in unmittelbarer Nähe, sind also im zweifelsfall schnell da, falls man mit irgendetwas Hilfe benötigt. Das Häusschen ist umwerfend schön und der Blick auf Soller einmalig. Absolute Empfehlung! :)

Natur und Entspannung pur

Wir (33 und 36 Jahre alt) durften eine Woche in der Casita verbringen. Schon bei der Ankunft und dem Weg zur Casita, kommt richtiges Urlaubsgefühl auf. Und dann kommt man in die Casita und es warten eine tolle Einrichtung (mit wirklich allem was man braucht), super schöne und va gemütliche Ecken im Garten und der Terrasse und das Ganze mit ganz viel Liebe und Hingabe! Wir haben uns einfach direkt wohl gefühlt. Von der Casita kommt man über einen tollen Weg nach Soller. Wo man schön bummeln, Eis esssen und das Treiben beobachten kann. Tolle Ausflüge in die Region sind auch überhaupt kein Problem-Deia, Wanderungen im Tramuntana-Gebirge oder ein Ausflug mit der tollen Eisenbahn nach Palma. Wir hatten eine wunderbar erholsame Zeit und freuen und auf ein Wiedersehen!

Traumhaft schön

Die Casita ist noch viel schöner, als ich es mir eh laut den Bildern und der Beschreibung vorgestellt hatte. Mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet und einem traumhaften Blick über Sollér und sogar rüber nach Port de Sollér samt Meerblick. Die Ruhe, den Duft nach Orangen und Zitronen, das wunderschöne Haus, die tolle Außenküche, der Esel in der Nachbarschaft, der Besuch der Hauskatzen - wir haben alles sehr genossen und unsere Ausflüge minimiert, um möglichst viel Zeit hier verbringen zu können.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Die Casita, Pool, Garten und Ausblick waren noch schöner als erwartet. Wir waren auch von den vielen kleinen Dekorationen mit Zitronen, Blumensträußchen... und der freundlichen Begrüßung durch unsere Gastgeber inklusive Weintrauben, Olivenöl und Rotwein beeindruckt. Nach erster Unsicherheit gewöhnten wir uns als Autofahrer schnell an die engen Gassen in Sóller und die Auffahrt zum Ferienhaus. Dieses diente uns als Ausgangspunkt für einige schöne Ausflüge in Nachbarorte und an die Küste. Mit der alten Eisenbahn ging es nach Palma. Genossen haben wir besonders den allabendlichen Trubel am Markt in Sóller und die Ruhe in der Casita. Insgesamt ein traumhafter Urlaub.

Bliss

We have travelled the world and stayed in remarkable 5* accommodations but nothing compares to this casita. Just navigating the drive to it was heart stopping the first time. The Entire package - quaint, authentic architecture, simple and artful design, the breathtaking view, the privacy, the stroll to town, and the hosts. Helpful but not intrusive. Oh…and the donkey. We will be back.

wenn es auf Erden ein Paradies gibt, dann in der wundervollen Casita von Regina und Gerhard Maurer in Soller. Über dem Ort gelegen in absoluter Ruhe und doch fußläufig zur Ortsmitte liegt dieses malerische Fleckchen Erde, an dem sich Esel und Orangenblüten treffen. Die wunderschöne Casita lag sehr schön sonnig und super gepflegt mit Liebe zum Detail mitten in Orangenplantagen, umsäumt vom Orchideen und weiteren Blüten. Viel Liebe steckte in Kleinigkeiten der Einrichtung. Die Küchenausstattung wars sehr gut, trotz eines nur 2 Flammen Gasherds. Meist nutzen wir sowieso den Außengrill der Außenküche. Es gäbe ein gemütliches Sofa und einen Kaminofen, den wir aber nie nutzen. Wir lebten einfach überwiegend draußen an den malischen Sitzgelegenheiten mit Blick ins Tramuntana Gebirge und das Lichtermeer von Soller. Das WLAN funktionierte zuverlässig. Der Salzwasserpool war frisch gereinigt zur Ankunft, 21 Grad Badetemperatur. Das Areal ist weitläufig auf vielen Terrassen, sodass man vom netten Vermieter Ehepaar oder den weiteren Gästen absolut nichts merkt. Das Bad war sauber, viele frische Handtücher und eine Dusche standen zur Verfügung. Vielleicht sollte man nicht zu ausgiebig warm duschen wollen ;) - der 2. hat die Dusche sonst sehr erfrischend kühl. Das erzieht aber zur Mallorquinischen Wasser Sparsamkeit, also ok :). Das Bett War sehr komfortabel. Toll fanden wir die beiden Einzel-Bettdecken, (nicht nur Laken als Decke), sodass man nachts bei offenen Türen schlafen konnte. Die Casita ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für alle Wanderfreunde und Naturliebhaber. Was hat uns besonders gefallen? ALLES - ein Volltreffer. Bisher die schönste Unterkunft, die wir mit vielen Jahren Mallorca Erfahrung hatten, :) :) Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Fabulous secluded casita

A wonderful relaxing break at this charming, well equipped casita, with breathtaking views. Fantastic for a couple who value privacy and enjoy walking. Great hosts, who were available but discreet. Loved the donkeys, cats and dogs, too!
