Beautiful views on the beach from this first floor apartment. It’s located in Eze Sur Mer. It may be good to have a car since it is difficult for drivers to find The property is clean and has 2 rooms in the house with 2 bathrooms. There is a small pool house that has been converted to a bed with an open bathroom. It’s not that big but has air conditioning and worked fine for us. There is another apartment above so you have to be careful about being to loud in the mornings or in the courtyard at night. As far as views it was fabulous and perfect if you are planning some time at the beach. The village is above and needs a bus or taxis. The other towns are easy access with the train right above the house with auick stops to Nice and Monaco. If you don’t have a car, the owner did suggest a driver Lionel which was excellent.

A wonderful place with stunning view

Very nice location right on the beach with stunning views and beautiful pool. Perfect for trips to Monaco, eze village and other towns. Could be a bit cleaner and nicer furnished.

On the beach at Eze

Gorgeous beachfront location, private and quiet (the nearby trains passing occasionally were not disturbing.) Accomodated our 7 adults since one group could use the triple space, would be perfect for 6 as long as one couple is happy in the small separate cottage. Literally a 5 minute walk to the Eze train station for quick jaunts to Monaco or Nice. Wished we could stay longer and would happily return.

Perfect base for French Riviera

First and foremost, this property has a wonderful host--great communication, very friendly, and she keeps the property in excellent condition.The property itself is very spacious and comfortable, with many indoor and outdoor spaces with sea views, easy direct access to the beach, and a pool (also with sea views).And then the location was also very good. We used the local train and bus system to visit many different sights, restaurants, shops, and so on all up and down the coast and into the interior. It would also be a good central location if you had a car.So it was a wonderful stay, and we would recommend this property to anyone looking for a large place with direct beach access and a pool in the French Riviera.

Wonderful location

Three adults truly enjoyed three weeks last fall in this special villa. It is located right on Eze beach and the sounds of waves lull you to sleep every night. Lots of spacious rooms including several outside terraces at various heights so everyone could find their own space. Kitchen was really well equipped and we enjoyed many meals al fresco. The pool was deep so great for water aerobics. Lots of beach towels and lovely decorating accessories that make the villa a home. The owner was gracious and very helpful.

Enjoyed our stay!

At first impression, the place was a bit more worn than expected. But I think being directly on the water it makes things feels a bit dingy & damp. The outside areas could use some love. It was a bit hard to find and we didn’t realize we would be so close to railroad tracks. The trains don’t run late and they aren’t very loud. We quickly came to love the house and setup. The beach and views are stunning.

Spectacularly Beautiful Eze

Our group of three couples came from Canada for the Monaco F1 race. We booked this location unsure of the proximity to Monaco. It turned out to be two short stops on the train which is just a few hundred feet away. This train also provides access to all of the great restaurants and shopping in both directions. The pictures do not do justice to the property which is located on one of the most scenic shorelines on the Cote D’Azur. Short trips to Eze Village are made easily by car or bus and provide more breathtaking views. We highly recommend this property and wish we could have stayed longer than the week. Thanks Diane.

Die Lage ist fantastisch. Jeden Tag ein traumhafter Ausblick beim Frühstück und beim Abendessen. Ein kurzer Weg zum Bahnhof für Ausflüge nach Nizza, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Monaco oder Menton. Ein Ausflug nach Èze Village über den Nitzsche-Weg lohnt sich. Mit Bus oder Zug ist man auch schnell in Beaulieu-sur-Mer für den täglichen Einkauf.Die Züge hinterm Haus stören nicht.Die Terrasse bietet Abwechslung. Das Haus hat einen besonderen Charme. Sicher sind die Möbel zum Teil etwas abgewohnt und es gibt Defekte. Aber im Gesamtpaket fällt das nicht ins Gewicht.Danke an Diane für die gute Kommunikation!

Super localisation

Séjour agréable dans un emplacement hors du commun avec la Méditerranée à nos pieds. L’accès aux transports en commun est à un jet de pierre. Endroit tranquille et la plage d'Èze-sur-Mer est magnifique et pas trop achalandé. Séjour à refaire!

Un séjour parfait: Nous venons juste de passer deux merveilleuses semaines dans l'appartement, l'accueil par Diane a été charmant. L'appartement de plain-pied dispose d'un beau petit jardin avec piscine et une vue à couper le souffle sur Saint-Jean Cap Ferrat. La cuisine est bien équipée, l'accès à la plage direct. S'il venait à manquer de qqchose, les propriétaires s'empressaient de l'organiser. Nous espérons y revenir très bientôt!

Traumlage

Das Haus bzw die Wohnung hat eine Traumlage mit einem sagenhaften Blick. Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsene und zwei kleine Kinder. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar geholfen unseren am Flughafen nicht angekommenen Koffer wieder zu bekommen. Der Zugang zum Strand ist für ganz kleine Kinder etwas schwierig, wird aber durch das glasklare Wasser belohnt. Supertipps für hervoragende Lokale gab es auch noch. Ein perfekter Urlaub. Hoffentlich kommen wir wieder.
