Villa equipada para 8 personas, cómodo, elegante, decorado con buen gusto, amplio salón comedor de 55 m2 con chimenea, cocina totalmente equipada, terraza con vistas a la barbacoa. Arriba 2 suites con terraza donde se puede ver el mar, cada suite comprende dormitorio, vestidor, baño aseo. Ático comunicada 2 habitaciones abuhardilladas con baja altura del techo. Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Die Vermieterin hat alles bestens vorbereitet für unsere Ankunft und Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr konfortabel ausgestattet, uns fehlte es an Nichts. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und das Haus außergewöhnlich sauber. Die Lage ist in einem sehr ruhigen Wohnviertel. Wir kommen gern wieder. Vielen Dank für alles!

Fantastic Accommodation

We were 6 friends who toured the Cote De Azur. We easily visited Monaco,Nice, Cannes by local train. We took a boat to Saint Tropez from Cannes. All this was easy from the house. The local shops and restaurants provided us with al we needed. The owner of the house was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

Fantastic vacation!

Isabelle was a perfect host. The house is rustic, very clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. She let us harvest from her vegetable garden, which was well tended and delightful!The location of the house is in close proximity to restaurants, bakery, stores, and airport. It is also very convenient to travel via train or car to different towns & cities.We enjoyed using the clean swimming pool equipped with amenities!Thank you for hosting us!

Home away from home

Isabelle, the owner, is an amazing host and her house is very beautiful. Every room is decorated with good taste, and she thought of everything we could possibly need. The location of the house is perfect: Just a short walk to stores, the beaches and public transportation. We had a wonderful stay there and will definitely go back.

Schöner Urlaub im wunderschönem Haus

Wir haben in diesem Objekt alles erhalten, was wir uns für einen schönen Urlaub gewünscht haben. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz. Die Küche konnten wir vollumfänglich benutzen und haben gelegentlich draußen auf der Terrasse gegrillt. Jeden Morgen haben wir draußen gefrühstückt und konnten bei tollem Wetter den Pool genießen. Superbe propriété

Belle villa spacieuse rénovée et décorée avec goût avec lits confortables et propres. Bien adaptée à un séjour avec la famille élargie permettant de respecter l’espace de chacun. Nous avons apprécié la piscine et l’accès au jardin avec les légumes de saisons et les herbes. Merci pour la gentille attention à l’arrivée (bières fraîches dégustées sur la terrasse). Les chasses moustiques mis à notre disposition ont été de mise pour permettre un bon sommeil compte tenu de la nécessité la nuit d’ouvrir les fenêtres pour rafraîchir la maison.

Amazing house near the beach

Beautiful house equipped with everything you could want for your holiday and close to the beach and shops. The swimming pool is perfect and plenty of loungers/chairs to relax on. Isabelle is a super host, easily contactable and quick to respond. Welcome beers in the fridge, well equipped kitchen and a gas bbq. We had a brilliant week there and can thoroughly recommend this property and Isabelle.

Absolutely amazing!

From the moment we arrived, Isabelle went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. The villa is absolutely beautiful, and it was really spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The pool was spacious and clean, and we really enjoyed using the lilos and rubber rings that were provided at the villa. The location of the villa was also ideal. The close proximity to Cros-de-Cagnes train station meant we were within easy reach of nearby towns and attractions, and the beach was a 15/20 minute walk away. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay, everything was perfect! Thank you Isabelle.

A wonderful family holiday in the south of France

This house was the perfect holiday house for our family vacation. A rustic and lovely house with all necessary fasilities, situated near train station directly to Nice and Monaco, and walking distance to grocery shop and to the beach. The owner and host was fantastic in all ways. Very easy and helpful, Even braught our luggage to the AirPort because we had a late flight. We are so thankful for everything. We highly reccomend this house for Rental.

vacances au top

Nous avons passé des vacances de rêves. Commençons par l'accueil d'Isabelle qui nous a chaleureusement accueilli. La maison est au top, la description n'est rien par rapport à la réalité. Piscine magnifique, cuisine grande avec tout ce dont on a besoin (même plus), le salon au top, les chambres grandes et magnifiques avec le balcon terrasse. Les enfants ont adorés dormir dans les chambres mansardées. La terrasse avec barbecue dont nous avons profité plusieurs fois et à ne pas oublier le jardin et potager (tomates, haricots, salades, aubergines, courgettes...) soignés avec amour. Nous avons fait une cure de tomates et salade pendant ces 2 semaines, un régale. Cette maison est à recommander, nous y retournerons surement. Un grand merci à Isabelle.

Wunderbares Zuhause für einen traumhaften Urlaub

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Haus von Isabelle! Unsere Teenager haben 1SZ bewohnt, wir das andere. Das Dachgeschoss haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns herzlich willkommen und hat uns mit allem nötigen versorgt. Wir durften sogar den Biogarten ernten. Das Haus ist super gelegen! Man kann zum Bäcker, zur Bahn, zum Supermarkt oder zum Strand laufen. Allerdings geht der Heimweg bergauf...Wir sind abends zum Essen nach Cannes, Nizza oder Valbonne gefahren, alles gut zu errreichen. Sogar Monaco ist unter einer Stunde Fahrzeit. Der Pool hat eine angenehme Größe und die Terrasse war für jede Mahlzeit perfekt. Wir bedanken uns bei Isabelle für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und kommen gerne wieder!

Lovely holiday

We rented this property with another family and all agreed that it was perfect. It had everything we needed and plenty of space for two families of four. Isabel was the perfect host and we felt very well looked after. I would not hesitate to recommend this property, my only comment is that the photos do not do the property justice as it is truly beautiful and a lovely place to stay.

Perfect family house for visiting the south of France !

The house is in a good location in Cagnes-sur-Mer. It's on a quiet road, and is only 7 min walk to a supermarket and boulangerie. Inside it has a good sized lounge with large TV and plenty of seating space, and a well equipped kitchen with plenty of cutlery, plates, glasses along with oils, herb, etc. The bedrooms are huge and all towels and linen are provided. One point to note - the bedrooms on the top floor have a lower ceiling - good for children, not so easy to stand for adults. There is plenty of outdoor space to sit, both near the pool and at the back of the house, and the covered terrace is perfect for eating outside but not in full heat of the sun ! The gas BBQ is easy to use and quick to get going ! Off street parking with automatic gates make the house safe & secure. Isabelle was very easy to get hold of, and very responsive in answering questions and providing help. A perfect house for exploring the south of France with the family.

Phantastisches Castle

Vielen Dank Isabelle. Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus. Die geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung, der Pool, alles wirklich toll. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Zum Bäcker oder zum Einkaufen sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Das Meer ist nach zehn Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.

Dejlig velfungerende bolig, som alle har nydt i fulde drag.

Skøn bolig, som bare fungerede rigtig fint med den overdækkede terrasse, hvor vi nærmest levede hele ugen. De 2 øverste værelser var ikke optimale til vores familie, da adgangsforholdene ikke var så gode.

Excellent family property

The property was very comfortable and clean. The lady that owned the property was really helpful and accommodating which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was an excellent location and very near to the beach and airport. There were two supermarkets very close by and one within walking distance. The pool was a nice size and was alarmed so very safe for young children. I would definitely recommend this property for families.

Beautiful house with pool

We were six adults and two children staying for one week in beginning of July. We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful house that is even better in reality than in the pictures. The house is located in a very quiet area about 10 minutes with car from Nice airport with supermarket and bakery about 700 m from the house and Cagnes-sur-mer beach about 1 km away. The house is fantastic with two terraces in front of the pool - one in connection to the kitchen and one upstairs, right outside two large and beautiful bedrooms with bathrooms and walk-in-closets. The pool area was very nice with a lot of sunbeds. Isabelle was very nice and helpful during both check-in and check-out. We really recommend a stay here!

Vacances de rêve dans cette location

Nous avons passé des vacances en groupe d'amis dans la propriété d'Isabelle. La maison est très grande, propre, parfaitement équipée est joliment décorée. La terrasse permet de passer des longues soirées dehors et le grand balcon offre une belle vue sur la mer. L'endroit est très calme et se trouve à 10 minutes à pied de la mer. En ayant une voiture nous étions flexible d'aller visiter des endroits un peu cachés comme Eze, Villefranche-sur-mer et St Paul de Vence (notre favorit!). Nous avons passé des formidables vacances à la belle Côte d'Azur et retournerons avec grand plaisir dans cette location. Un grand merci à Isabelle et Pierre!!

Excellent Séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille avec nos enfants où nous avons séjourné 3 semaines cet été. La villa et son équipement correspondent à la description de la location, la villa est très propre et bien entretenue. La propriétaire est aux petits soins pour ses locataires. La villa est située dans un quartier calme et proche de tout. A recommander.

fantastisch

Net als vorig jaar verbleven we ook dit jaar een week in deze prachtige villa. Een topvakantie! Uitstapjes in de omgeving zijn leuk, maar wij vermaakten ons soms hele dagen in en rond het huis. Heerlijk warm weer, lekker lezen, regelmatig afkoelen in het zwembad. Wat wil je nog weer. 's Avonds heerlijk eten op het teras, barbeque aan... Mmmm! Kortom, een aanrader als je wilt genieten van het zuid-franse klimaat, de omgeving en voorzien van alle luxe. Aanbevolen: vliegen van Rotterdam naar Nice.

Great property, and very convenient location!

This is a lovely Villa, very well presented adn with everything you will ever need to make your stay a great eperience. Lovely pool and plenty of loundging chairs, great terrace and BBQ, lovely kicthen (very well equiped to cook as if you were at home (if that's want you wnated to do)), and fantatsic bedrooms. The location is great, very just outside of Nice (10 min drive to the promenade) and nothing is too far, Cannes, St tropez, Grasse, St Pau de Venze, Monaco... a great base to discover this fantastic part of France. The area the house is loacted in is very quiet. Isabelle the owner has made the whole process of private renting very easy and was so flexible to ensure our family stay would be a success. We definetly had a great time and would recommand the villa to anyone!

Des vacances de rêve!

Magnifique villa meublée avec goût, avec une touche orientale propice à la détente. La cuisine est très bien équipée, les 2 "suites" à l'étage sont superbes: un faible pour la "chambre bleue", si romantique. Très agréable terrasse bien abritée avec barbecue. Située dans un environnement calme et reposant, néanmoins proche des commerces, maintes distractions s'offrent à vous. Si vous avez un véhicule (Sinon en train ou autocar) vous avez de nombreuses possibilités de visites: Nice, Juan-les-Pins, Antibes, Grasse et ses parfumeurs, Biot et ses verriers, Monaco, Menton, et même vous rendre en Italie... A pied vous pouvez facilement vous rendre en bord de mer pour vous baigner ou marcher le long du "chemin des douaniers": la vue est magnfique! Superbe jardin avec piscine, tout est très bien entretenu et accueillant. Accueil chaleureux et disponibilité des hôtes, cette location est à recommander sans hésitation!!
