Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Rooftop decked area with garden furniture and sun loungers. Allocated parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Roundham Heights overlooks the sandy beach at Goodrington with a degree of peace and tranquillity, whilst retaining the benefits of this central location in Torbay. Goodrington beach and its attractions are a 2-minute walk, while Paignton harbour, beach and town centre, where the local shops, restaurants and attractions are located, are a 5 to 10-minute walk.



7 Roundham Heights is the top floor penthouse with lift access, providing a spectacular view from the living room, main bedroom, conservatory and huge rooftop decking area. The apartment has a private entrance on the second floor as well as a designated parking space at the front of the property. Please be aware that there is scaffolding up around the property to allow for external work to be carried out. Scaffolding due to come down end of April. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

The view from this building is amazing, even on rainy days we were sat in the conservatory watching

The view from this building is amazing, even on rainy days we were sat in the conservatory watching the waves slamming over the sea wall. It is on the second (top) floor of an apartment building and is over looked. The conservatory is massive and serves as both the dining room and a chill out area. There is also a roof garden with furniture and a double seat swing. The kitchen is well equipped, with dishwasher,washing machine and dryer. There are lots of cupboards but they are full of crockery, pans, etc. that we could not find anywhere to store non-perishable groceries. That said there is two fridges to keep the booze chilled. The living room is also large and the seating is really comfortable, it boasts a LCD TV and DVD player. All three bedrooms are very roomy and the beds comfortable. The three bathrooms where all well equipped and the towels that where supplied were of a good quality. Overall during the week that we spent here we did not have great weather, so did not go out much during the evening but the apartment was so cosy that we didn't need to.

A lovely property, but felt it was a little dated. Very small kitchen, but nice big sitting room and conservatory/diner. Some difficulty with shower in master, and dish-washer not performing well, but on the whole we had a very nice holiday.

Lovely apartment with a huge conservatory with sea views, so nice to sit in in the evenings. It is a shame about the jacuzzi bath in the master bedroom not working. It is quite a steep hill down to the beach and it seems steeper coming back up, but a small price to pay for such a beautiful beach, also there is Youngs Park with The Cantena cafe/bar (dog friendly), the lake with Bumper Boats and Swan Boats, there is a Crazy Golf coarse and Childs Mini Motor Bike rides and so much more not forgetting The Inn on the Quay a lovey family pub. We have been coming here for the last three year and booking up again next year, that speaks for itself I think.
