We stayed at Roundham Heights for three nights. It's a very relaxing and calm area. For our family there was adequate space and I found the sleeping quarters comfortable. Excellent kitchen, which is well-stocked with equipment and crockery. Very easy access to Goodrington Beach (which on a sunny day would be amazing) it is a seven minute walk to the beach, and a short drive to Paignton, Brixham and Torquay. It was lovely opening up the lounge curtains and seeing the bay every morning. The property is a bit dated, but we didn't mind that too much, and we enjoyed playing board games and reading. Really appreciated the welcome pack of tea and coffee and cleaning items. Would have liked a few more board games and books. Really enjoyed our little break in the English Riviera. Rating 3.5/5.
I must add, the heating failed on the last night, and I had to recharge the boilers. [The radiator's need bleeding and rebalancing] Besides that, we had a very lovely stay at Roundham Heights
