A perfect location, especially as there is allocated parking on the property.The property is deceiving from the outside as it is huge once you enter and it keeps going. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property.

More than what we were expecting [great time in Paignton!]

We stayed at Roundham Heights for three nights. It's a very relaxing and calm area. For our family there was adequate space and I found the sleeping quarters comfortable. Excellent kitchen, which is well-stocked with equipment and crockery. Very easy access to Goodrington Beach (which on a sunny day would be amazing) it is a seven minute walk to the beach, and a short drive to Paignton, Brixham and Torquay. It was lovely opening up the lounge curtains and seeing the bay every morning. The property is a bit dated, but we didn't mind that too much, and we enjoyed playing board games and reading. Really appreciated the welcome pack of tea and coffee and cleaning items. Would have liked a few more board games and books. Really enjoyed our little break in the English Riviera. Rating 3.5/5. I must add, the heating failed on the last night, and I had to recharge the boilers. [The radiator's need bleeding and rebalancing] Besides that, we had a very lovely stay at Roundham Heights

The apartment location couldn’t be faulted and we were able to park the car for the week and walk or bus everywhere. We were 2mins from the dog friendly beach which was a bonus with the dogs. We were disappointed when we arrived at the apartment at the standard of cleanliness. The TV stand and side tables hadn’t been dusted and the kitchen worktops also needed a wipe down. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our week

We have been at least 5 times before and it remains the same high quality. even quieter than before as noisy neighbours seem to have moved,and people above have not been shifting furniture! Will be back!
