Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Landfall is a spacious three bedroom property situated in a residential location, within the traditional fishing town of Brixham.

Internally the property is furnished to a high standard and boasts plenty of entertainment options including a 40" TV, Blu-ray player, internet access and a selection of DVDs and board games. Externally the property offers a large garden with outdoor furniture.

Landfall is in an ideal location only 15 minutes’ downhill walk from the bustling harbour and town centre, which is full of traditional pubs, shops and cafés. For those looking to relax and enjoy the stunning natural beauty in the area, Battery Gardens is a five minute walk away and offers some of the best panoramic sea views in Torbay. Here you can join the coastal path that will take you to some beautiful beaches such as Fishcombe Cove, Elberry Cove and Broadsands Beach.

Brixham together with Paignton and Torquay make up Torbay. Being based in Brixham means that you are well within easy reach of the Bay’s attractions, these include Paignton Zoo, Quaywest Waterpark, Babbacombe Model Village and Kents Cavern.

Hi we had a great Autumn break at this property very well presented if a little unclean, in particular outside and under the beds. It didn’t stop us having a great time and the nearest pub is excellent

Absolutely beautiful bungalow plenty of space and everything you need great to have an actual freezer so dont have to keep popping to shops Location perfect within reach of fishcombe and churston coves and the harbour ( steep hills but we know the area so no surprises for us) Thank you for a wonderful visit brixham never disappoints

Comfortable bungalow, well equipped, great storage. Kitchen spotless , dishwasher and washing machine useful, good size fridge freezer. Tv , WIFI and stereo great. Very clean apart from some cobwebs in a few rooms. Useful towels and tea towels, wrapped soap available if you wish to use, we however took our own. Bedding spotless. Great garden furniture in spacious garden , if weather had been better. Only downsides we found, the master bedroom king size mattress was very uncomfortable. The key safe is at a very low position and awkward to access. The BBQ was badly rusted . The parking bay is very narrow, would be tight for a large car but you can park on residential road. If needed the heating is great and Useful information about bungalow and local amenities and instructions for cooker etc left by owners. The bungalow is about 20 minutes walk to lovely Brixham harbour. It’s very steep going down and even worse getting back so if you have any mobility issues you need to take this into account. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back if the walk had been easier. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

excellent. but difficult for disabled or olderpeople as there are steps up to each entrance. The steps to the front door are quite deep. also the key safe is a bit low for old blokes like me. All in all very nice place everything you would want is there and would certainly stay there again.
