Quiet in one of the most beautiful protected sites of Finistere north, facing the tip of Primel-Trégastel, near the beautiful sandy beach of Primel, the view is breathtaking sea directly accessible at the end of the garden crossing the small coastal road with very little traffic.
Ideally located between Perros Guirec and Roscoff you can make beautiful walks on the GR34 and discover within a radius of less than 40km all the beauties and history of this beautiful region with its beaches and the pleasures of the sea and gastronomy (Fishing in front of the house, renowned dive center of Plougasnou, angling, nautical centers, equestrian center of Kermebel, climbing, restaurants, creperies ...).
Small grocery / bread deposit at 300m and all shops located in Plougasnou less than 2,5km. Morlaix within 15 km.

Expected for 6 beds (7 depending on the number of children).

Saturday rental rates after 16h to the following Saturday before 11h (adaptable according to the holidays and school holidays and schedules adaptable according to arrivals and departures)
-High season (July - August): 550 to 650 € / week
-Middle season (June - September): 270 to 350 € / week
-Period school holidays (Easter - Christmas - New Year): 300 to 320 € / week
- Off season: 250 to 270 € / week
weekend (2 nights): 160 € + 5 euros / person for expenses

Charges: Water, gas, electricity package: 10 € / week / person

Central heating charged at cost according to the number of liters of real fuel consumed (detached house, double glazed windows with shutters with radio control. Thermostatic valves in the rooms).

Holiday checks accepted.

Discount of 5% for two consecutive weeks 10% for three consecutive weeks.

- Deposit: 30% on booking accompanied by signed rental contract.
