Wonderful home on the water. Beautiful views. Comfortable beds. We lucked out and the gales of November came early. Windy! Great stay for a wedding on Madeline Island.

We had a great stay. Beach access from the cabin was phenomenal. Listening to Lake Superior from the deck was delightful. The island is very laid back. We loved that the island is dog friendly, so our pups were welcome in most settings. Bayfield is just a ferry ride away for a boat tour of the Apostle islands or other activities.

Had an awesome 40th birthday with my sisters! The cottage had everything we needed including separate rooms for all 3 of us, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom towels & toiletries, board games, books, WiFi, spectacular views, beach chairs, and peace and quiet! LOVED the beach(it was my favorite)! Loved spending time on the deck drinking coffee. Loved enjoying time inside the cottage with the doors open while the storm blew the first night. The storm knocked over a tree across the driveway blocking us in but the host was able to get a handyman to take care of it in the morning! Then we could head in to town and enjoy Tom’s for my birthday! The bedroom upstairs is the best with surround windows and cozy lights! We do recommend keeping fans on to help with humidity and checking yourselves for ticks. Also, careful on the driveway - lots of DEEP potholes - just take your time.
