Fantastic property hosted by fantastic people. Quiet, nice part of town. The carriage house, and property in general is clean, pleasing to the eye, and inviting to stay and rest awhile. John, and Maureen are excellent hosts, readily available for any questions or concerns. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

We loved our short stay here- it’s perfect for couples, has everything you need, the place is clean, cozy, is decorated nice and the hosts are great! Not to mention it’s pretty centrally located for most things here in Pensacola if you’re going out and about or to the beach. Would definitely rent here again. Thanks so much!

This is a fabulous place to stay and an awesome location. Absolutely spotless clean! We brought camping chairs to take to the beach and that did not work out well. Maureen set us up with two beach chairs. The kitchen had everything that we needed. We were able to use the washer and dryer on our last night which was awesome. Very pleased with the decor the host and the amenities will definitely be back.

We had a great experience with our stay. The carriage house was very clean and well kept. It had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the owners, John and Maureen, was top notch. This place is in a safe neighborhood and is in walking distance to the bay area and a short drive to the beach. The owners provided us with beach towels, chairs and umbrella to take to the beach which helped out for us since we were from out of town. Highly recommend. Will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful place, close to the base and incredibly comfortable! The Carriage house is exactly as pictured and was perfect for me, my husband and our 6 year old son. We were in to visit our 26 year old son at the Navy base and this was close enough to the base and in a beautiful area of Pensacola.
Sunrise from the deck just outside the front door.
Perfect space for a short or long stay.
Perfect little bed for our 6 yr old
