Beautiful villa, superb location

Perfect location. Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to restaurants, supermarkets and the promenade. I love the view of the Ifach and using the electric shutters from bed to reveal the panorama in the morning A safety deposit box would be great. Otherwise I love it as it is. My 2nd visit and it will not be the last

Lovely spacious villa in very peaceful area

We were a group of 5 girlfriends on a short break - the layout and space in the villa was just perfect for us all to be together but also have our own space - the ratio of bedrooms and bathrooms was a real bonus for us all getting washed and ready to go out for the evening! Communication with the rental company was very good throughout and the villa was spotlessly clean on our arrival, as was the pool. We had arranged for an online shopping delivery, but the villa is only a 10/15 minute walk from Aldi and another 10 minutes from there takes you down to the beachfront with many bars and restaurants. It is a bit of a hill on the way home, but taxis are an easy and inexpensive option if walking isnt an option for whatever reason. The only slight downside for us was that the keys had to be collected from the rental company office and I did have a bit of back and forth with messages, trying to arrange the best way to do this..as we weren't driving. It all worked out perfectly in the end, I called the office when we landed in Alicante to check if it was possible to get our taxi to stop/pick up the keys on our way to the villa. Thankfully the villa was ready and Marius was very helpful and friendly when we stopped to collect them. It would definitely be easier for future guests, if there was a lockbox at the villa to access the keys - it's the first time I've had this experience with a villa rental. That said, the villa itself is ideal and would definitely recommend!

was een leuke villa en een heel goed zwembad. Ruimtes waren zeer groot en comfortabel. Service ook goed als er problemen voordeden niets op aan te merken . Strijkijzer misschien vervangen

Perfekt für 2 Familien

Die Aufteilung der 2 Wohneinheiten. Somit kann man gut mit 2 Familien dort Urlaub machen. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe. Es fehlt eigentlich nichts.Die Lage und Aussicht ist sehr schön. Mindestens ein Geschirrspüler wäre gut.

Très belle maison,superbe vacances.

Nous avons apprécié l'intérieur de la la maison,ses grandes chambres la situation proche de tout,la piscine était vraiment génial et un bel extérieur. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa pour passer de belles vacances. Un deuxième parasol serait vraiment nécessaire lorsque vous êtes à 7 personnes,une plus grande table de jardin,et améliorer la connexion internet à l'étage.

Impresionante

Me ha gustado todo. La casa amplia, con todas las comodidades, las camas muy cómodas y la ubicación perfecta. El exterior de la casa muy coqueto. Queríamos vacaciones de relax y lo hemos tenido. Las escaleras exteriores que dan a la piscina no me gustaron, algunas hacían forma de L no se veían bien.

Villa Soleada, Calp

This is the 4th villa I have rented from villas guzman and by far the best. The villa is within walking distance to local supermarkets and about 15/20 mins to front beach. The villa itself was immaculate everything that you would need is there, even a hairdryer for my wife. In total there was 4 Television sets all at around 50" and bigger so plenty of entertainment available, we brought our Amazon firestick which plugged in and gave us Alexa who played us music during our stay . Pool was great and also wi-fi was good connection. Beds were really comfortable and myself who can have a sore back experienced no problems so overall I can't fault this villa whatsoever. I had 1 minor issue with the door lock being a bit stiff but after calling the office they sent a maintenance man extremely quickly who promptly dealt with the problem so all I can say is looking forward to my next holiday with villasguzman. Thank you. Can't really think of any area to improve having used your villas on 4 occasions I have never really had any problems. It is a straight forward process from start to finish.
