Amazing property in an amazing location. Couldn't fault it. We have been coming to Moraira for 23 years, and never stayed in a better villa. To be so close to both the sea and the town, and to local restaurants and bars was so special. The villa was stunning and the pool wonderful. Maria was super helpful and available whenever needed.

Very nice villa in a great location. Friendly and helpful host handled everything over the phone when we needed help. Apart from a couple of smelly pillows the villa and the host were really great.

Great location, lovely villa

Great stay in Moraira. Lovely villa, Maria was really helpful. There are several restaurants and bars within a 2 minute walk of the villa. Supermarket is 2 min drive / 10 min walk away. Plenty of space for a group of 11.

Fantastic Casa del Mar

Fantastic house with great location, plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. Beautiful sea view. Beautiful interior decoration. Well equipped kitchen. Few minor details to improve: 1) would be good to have 2 sets of keys for the house, 2) pool towels for all guests. Host is quick to respond to any inquiries the guests might have. Will definitely recommend this house.

Beautiful villa and stunning location

Stayed for a week with my family. We had a fabulous holiday The whole villa is designed to such a high standard with a stunning pool. Comfy beds and excellent decor. Well stocked kitchen and bbq. The various areas for eating and relaxing are incredible. 1 minute down the road is the beach with a range of places to eat and drink. 10 minute walk to more restaurants and 15 / minute walk to the beautiful town. Had a wonderful stay. Thank you

Simply beautiful

I didn't want to write this review as it would mean other people will find out just how amazing the villa and Maria are and we may struggle to book it again! The location is wonderful, close to restaurants bars and shops. The view is stunning as is the villa both on the inside and out. Maria is incredibly helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Overall an amazing experience and we have already rebooked...

Perfect location with wonderful views

We have just returned from a fortnight at Casa Del Mar and what a wonderful holiday it was. The villa more than lived up to the online photographs and the view in the evening from the balcony was exceptional. This is the perfect villa if you want to be close to Moraira town and do not enjoy steep climbs. Everything we needed was provided and Maria was the perfect host. I would certainly recommend the villa and hope that one day soon we will return.

PERFECT LOCATION

We were in Casa del Mar in May 2021 and can really recommend the house. It is close to the beaches as well as walking distance to great restaurants. The house itself offers generous space for many people and is very nicely furnished and well thought out in every detail. An absolute place to feel good. We would book again immediately! Perfect place for a family of 8+infant

Thank you for a lovely stay Maria. Nice welcome from the host. Fantastic, beautifully located house, and beautifully decorated. The house is located close to a rocky beach. Lovely terrace and pool area. The only negative was that, just in week 40-2023, new construction was started on the neighboring property, which caused a bit of noise during the day. The weather was perfect and we would love to come back another time :)

1 week in the villa

We spent a week in the villa as a family. The villa is divided into two areas, which we really liked. You could get out of the way as a family if you wanted to and still enjoy the time together. Everything is within walking distance and yet far enough away for peace and quiet. Maria listened to our concerns and helped us with all of our questions! I can only recommend her as a host.

truely a dreamlocation

The pictures look very nice but can't capture the beauty of this property. Recently completely renovated with tremendous attention for detail, this is so beautiful and comfortable, that it more than exceeded our expectations . The location is very close to the sea yet far enough to not be bothered by traffic and also high enough to have beautiful views. We rent three properties each year for our three weeks of holidays. Never have I felt the urge to give a review, but this time is the exception. If you are looking for the top, this is it.

Wonderful Villa!!

The location of Casa Del Mar is incredible! There are wonderful views of the sea and you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves! The pool was beautiful, sparkling clean and a perfect temperature. The attractive rock to the side made an excellent diving platform for the kids and a place to pose for photos! The inside of the villa was very attractive, well appointed and comfortable. It was a bonus to have air conditioning in the living areas in addition to the bedrooms. We stayed as a 3 generation family group and the accommodation, including the downstairs apartment worked well, although it should be noted this has its own entrance and is not connected internally to the main house. Maria was very friendly and easy to communicate with, making sure that we had relaxing stay. We would love to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Spectacular

Location. Location. Location. Casa Del Mar is perfectly situated in an easy walking distance to many of Moraira’s restaurants, cafes, and shops. The house is so nicely decorated and situated that you never really need to leave. We didn’t use the pool or BBQ during our visit, but I could see this being a great spot for family and friends to celebrate the summer together. We had plenty of room and love the detached apartment downstairs to offer a bit of privacy for our family members. The porch was a great spot to hang out and play games while watching the seas and sunsets. Loved every minute of our stay. Highly recommend. Thank you so much for hosting us, Maria!

wow, wow,wow!

This villa is absolutely stunning with a fabulous sea view! It is beautifully furnished with luxury beds and comfy sofas.The shower rooms are all 5 star with quality fittings. The master bedroom is very special with a private sun terrace and views from the bedroom and the shower! The gardens surrounding the villa and pool area are incredible with palms and exotic plants which are uplit at night. There are so many different areas to sit down in outside too! The villa is located in a great location with a beach and some gorgeous bars/ restaurants just a 5 minute walk. We were staying at the villa for my significant birthday and I could not have found a more idealic villa. This villa is special and all my family loved spending time here.

Beautiful Villa

This Villa is absolutely stunning!! It is beautifully decorated with traditional spanish features. The pictures really dont do it justice. The villa was spotlessly clean and was fully equipt. Perfect BBQ area and gorgeous pool. The views are amazing from every window in the villa. Hosts were there to greet us on arrival and show us around . Host also kept in touch with us and we felt we could ask them anything if needed. Closest supermarket is a 10 minute walk which we found they had everything we needed with fresh fish, meat counters and bakery. Quite a few pretty bars/restaurants a few metres away from the Villa. Recommend Magia Italian restaurant food was fantastic and had a roof top seating. Main beach was a 25 minute walk. Highly recommend this Villa and will return. Thank you 😊

Fabulous stay at Casa Del Mar

Just returned from a lovely 10 days at Casa Del Mar. We were a family group of 7 ranging from 13 to 86! and the villa was perfect for everyone. The interior of the villa is to a high standard with everything you could need for a relaxing break. We used the pool and the outside cooking area a lot and both were excellent. Maria responds very quickly to any queries and was particularly helpful on the lead up to the holiday. We were particularly impressed with the location of the villa, we decided on this occasion not to hire a car and it wasn’t a problem with Moraira being a 20 minute walk away and a supermarket within a 10 minute walk. Several excellent restaurants a short stroll from the villa and @ particularly good tapas restaurant in Moraira, La Taverna Del 42, they also have a tapas restaurant closer to the villa called Atascadero 42. It is also possible to place an online shop with a local supermarket which was delivered on our first day. Overall a fabulous holiday 😀

Great villa for family holiday.

We ( 2 families with kids (3,5,6,8 and 11 years old) and the kids grand mother and grand father) stayed in Casa Del Mar for 1 week this summer. The villa is fantastic. The interior is lovely and tasteful decorated, the house is well planned with big kitchen/dining and living room area as well large outdoor areas. Everyone had their own possibly for privacy and great bathrooms for all of us. Also a + for the quality on towels (shower and beach). We all loved the pool. It was perfect for all ages and preferences. Swim, play, dive and jump! The view was great. Easy to access the house, we had 3 cars parked. Easy walk to the beach where you could take a swim in the sea. We also visited many other beaches in the area. We used the barbecue and as a family with kids we also appreciated the washing machine! To sum up. We really liked this house and would like to come back again.

Beautiful villa in a great location

We had the best 2 weeks staying in this fabulous property. Our group consisted of two families, which totalled 4 adults and 6 children ranging from 2 to 14. The property was immaculate and The views are breath taking. There are a few restaurants just a short walk from the property and the food from all of them was of a really good standard. We discovered a plant based restaurant called Ziba, which we can’t recommend highly enough. Ziba also run paddle boarding tours around the caves of a morning. There is a supermarket within a 10 minute walk and there are small rocky beaches called ‘Cala’s’ all the way along the coast. There is one within a few minutes walk that has steps into the sea which was good fun for those that like to swim or paddleboard. We also found out that you can do an online shop from Mercadona supermarket, so had deliveries for heavy items such as water and drinks, ideal if you haven’t got a car, and very reliable. Moraira is a lovely place to stay and we will definitely return. Maria the host, was really helpful and answered any questions we had.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

He veraneado toda mi vida en esta zona de Moraira y esta vivienda está cercana a la mía en una envidiable situación.
Moraira es, a mi parecer, la localidad con mas encanto de la costa levantina.
Vivienda recien reconstruida.
Decoración, vistas y situación inmejorable.
Comodísima para una gran familia o dos por tener dos viviendas totalmente equipadas compartiendo zonas comunes.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
