The period apartment, beautifully renovated, is characterized by vaulted ceilings and elegant stone finishes. The coating of the walls in marine tuff makes the apartment very pleasant from an aesthetic point of view and comfortable from a climatic point of view. Its original construction, with thick walls, allows pleasant stays, ensuring a good coolness on the hottest summer days and a suffused warmth during the winter, thanks also to the presence of independent heating and radiators located in the focal points of the house.

The Submarine is accessed by descending 6 steps, below the level of a quiet and silent street, finally managing to detach from routine and daily chaos, immersing yourself in an aquatic atmosphere.
Near the apartment you can find a public and free parking and all the main services you may need: supermarkets, bakeries, greengrocers, fishmongers, restaurants, post office, banks, pharmacies, hospital etc ..

The Submarine develops on a single level, like an OPEN SPACE and can accommodate up to 3 people. It should be noted that there are no doors between the sleeping area and the living area, but a simple tent, which can also be viewed in photos.

the living area is characterized by a sofa bed of 1 and a half square, a large rustic table with wooden benches, a shelving unit for linen and a library of the sea;

SLEEPING AREA:
the sleeping area includes: elegant wrought iron bed, handmade, equipped with double mattress, ergonomic, non-deformable, breathable, 25 cm high - 7 cm memory foam - with 9 differentiated zones and Aloe Vera lining. The bedroom area also features an open wardrobe, a mirror, 2 bedside tables and a fantastic artistic aquarium to brighten up your dreams.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen area includes: a large table with 4 chairs, a sideboard with everything needed for cooking - including crockery, an electric kettle, coffee maker-exposed shelves for objects, a brand new kitchen with large electric oven and 4 hobs induction, to cook a large fridge quickly and safely.

In the morning it will be possible to have an excellent breakfast with typical and genuine products of the area.

BATHROOM:
The modern and refined toilet includes: sink with illuminated mirror, toilet, shower.

At guests' disposal there is also everything needed for the beauty routine (towels, shampoo, toothpaste, shower gel, hair dryer, etc.).

WIFI IS AVAILABLE FREE IN ALL SPACE.

TOURIST TAX: The Municipality of Bari requires the payment of a tourist tax of 2 euros for each guest, over the age of 14, for each night of stay.
