Hermoso apartamento con vistas al mar. Con terraza de 70 metros cuadrados con vistas al mar y la disponibilidad de un aparcamiento común. L 'apartamento' de nueva construcción moderna, con un amplio dormitorio, sala de estar con sofá cama y comedor, cocina, dos cuartos de baño grandes tiene un armario. Wonderful location. We did not have a car so we needed to travel by bus which was a 5 minute walk away but very easy. There are multiple restaurants across the street and the apartment has a massive veranda/balcony - great for entertaining and views over the water. The kitchen is very small with limited utensils. We ate out most days.

The view was awesome! Huge deck was great and Rita was really great with check in! Zio peppe pizza around the corner 5-10 min walk is a must! The place was a bit far from san Nicola so we rented a car but place had nice parking spot in complex!

Good location and great apartment

The location was just few minutes from Bari centre (bus stop at walking distance) and opposite a number of pizzerias / restaurants. Indoor was just right for a family of five (though kitchen was a little too small and bathroom needs some maintenance). Verandah had a marvellous seaview (Adriatic) and area was very quiet during Easter period. Good value for money. Well done Antonio and Rita.

Best in Bari

We were very happy with the location, it was easy to get to near everything, breathtaking view of the ocean and it had secure parking for our rental vehicle. It was the perfect home base to see the nearby towns and countryside. And I can't fail to mention it has one of the best restaurants in Bari across the street and an amazing Japanese sushi restaurant next door. The building was well maintained with 2 operational elevators. The home was very comfortable and we were blown away by the size of the balcony and the 180 degree view of the ocean. The check in/out process was very easy and the host was very friendly. We will definitely stay there again.

Nice apartment, big balcony, bed comfortable. Nice cafe across road with lovely cakes and coffee, restaurants handy. Kitchen poorly equipped, not many plates or coffee mugs, certainly not enough for 5 people, no ‘glass’ wine or beer glasses, just plastic, not nice to drink out of. No dishwasher as stated on the website. Maintenance needed by owners - broken dining room chair, other chairs loose and wobbly, loose toilet seat, loose handbasin, loose shower head and difficult to use, broken light switches, fridge smelly, freezer needs defrosting. Contacted owner who said they would fix as soon as possible but never heard from them again

Get some clarification before you book

Just get some confirmation on a few items before you book. First make sure AC in entire apartment functioning. Inquire as to music festivals in the neighborhood for the length of your stay and the time that they are supposed to be done playing music. Inquire as to construction on the property and if there is obstruction to the view and at what hour in the morning that construction might be starting and if it could possibly be at your bedroom door that you have to leave open because the AC isn’t working. We never were required to give passport info nor pay city tax which made us question the legitimacy of the listing

ci dispiace del disagio ricevuto, ma ci tengo a precisare che per quanto riguarda i lavori presenti nel palazzo e circa l'impalacatura e la vista del mare non totalmente visibile, per correttezza siete stati informati molto prima del vostro arrivo proprio per permettervi per correttezza di confermare o meno la vostra prenotazione, inoltre per il guasto ad un solo condizionatore in una sola camera da letto, purtroppo si è verificato all'improvviso e con il massimo della celerità abbiamo contattato subito un tecnico che ha sostituito il condizionatore con uno nuovo in quanto si è verificato un guasto al compressore (purtroppo voi dopo due giorni siete andati via visto che il vostro era un soggiorno molto breve) ma in ogni caso avete utilizzato il divano letto nel salone dove era presente un ulteriore condizionatore che funzionava. Inoltre la zona è molto tranquilla, ma l'estate come in tutta la città vengono organizzati eventi musicali o semplicemente l'affluenza dei turisti, ma degli stessi baresi che escono è molta e per queste ragioni anche le pizzerie e i ristoranti della zona si riempiono, ma verso massimo le 12 / 1.00 di sera essendo orario di chiusura non c'è più rumore nella zona. Ci dispiace aver ricevuto questa recensione.

Such a shame.

This could be a lovely apartment but it needs some serious TLC to get there. • We paid a lot of money for cleaning and yet we found 2 pairs of dirty underpants in a drawer; an ashtray with 50+ cigarette ends in it on the terrace; and when we had a windy day, dust balls were rolling everywhere like tumbleweed, in the old West. • Toilet brushes. Simply a disgrace. These should have been disposed of years ago. One of them even had a broken handle. These things are so cheap, why are they not replaced, monthly? • Old thin, stained grey towels (originally white) that should have been disposed of many, years ago. • A pile of broken furniture on the terrace. • Plenty of lights but no sockets anywhere near, to plug them into. • A microwave in a cupboard but no electricity in there. It had to be manhandled out onto a table and then connected by extension leads to use it. • Stained, dirty cushions. • This place needs a deep clean and a lot of equipment renewing. Only then will it be fit for occupation in my opinion. I have photographs that I am happy to produce if the owner feels he has any defence to these comments.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war reibungslos und sehr schnell. Er hat alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt und war ständig zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist sauber, die Terrasse ist sehr großzügig. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde das direkt nebeliegende Haus voll rennoviert. Die Arbeiten starteten um 7 Uhr an und wurden laut. Man sollte ebenso mit einem Nachtleben am Wochenende direkt vor dem Haus rechnen.

Fijn appartement, groot terras, prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Restaurants aan de overzijde.

Wij hebben het zeer fijn gehad. 'S morgens lekker ontbijten op het terras. Ideaal appartement om met twee stellen te verblijven. Binnen een uur rijden van Matera, Albeborello, Monopoli en Polignano. Ook de stad Bari is een mooie stad om te bezoeken en te winkelen.

Schöne Wohnung mit viel Potenzial

Super Lage, Mega Ausblick von der riesigen Terrasse. Zwei Bäder, zwei Schlafzimmer mit Ausgang auf die Terrasse. Kostenloser Parkplatz am Haus, Aufzug im Haus. Abends sehr gute Stimmung an der Promenade. Gute Restaurants direkt vor dem Haus. 5-8 Minuten bis nach Bari. Sehr viel Potenzial eine echte Perle zu werden.

Our stay in Bari

We enjoyed the location of this apartment. Beautiful balcony with great views of the Adriatic Sea. We really enjoyed the restaurant across the street and the cafe for our morning coffee. Great place for a morning walk. There is parking as well. Antonio was helpful with taxi reservations to the airport. Bari is a fun city. We enjoyed exploring during the day. Also fun evenings in Old Harbour area with good restaurants and entertainment. It would be nice if this apartment had a better supply of towels for showering and going to the beach. We had to choose a Beach Club for a beach day as there were no beach towels. We would certainly recommend this apartment.

Flot udsigt og adgang til steand

Fantastisk terrasse med udsigt til indsejling til havn med mange fine oplevelser - også solnedgange. Kort adgang til badestrande, pizzeriaer og bus til byen. Kvarteret i øvrigt bød ikke på så meget. Lejligheden fungerede fin for os - men et par liggestole på terrassen kunne gøre det endnu bedre.

Great place by the water

Wonderful location, great apartment and good host. Very responsive and friendly. Amazing sunrise and sunsets on the balcony that keeps you cool even during hottest days.

die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön, ein Riesenbalkon mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Altstadt ist per Bus (Haltestelle um die Ecke) gut zu erreichen, ansonsten alles wie in der Beschreibung.

Appartement avec une superbe terrasse qui doit être très agréable en été. très bon couchage de bonne taille, parking privé pour la voiture La cuisine est minuscule, il n'y a pas de lave vaisselle, et l'équipement est plus que succint, attention à la douche glissante (pas de tapis) et pas de chauffage dans les salles de bain, ce qui est un handicap en hiver. Les pizzeria en face sont bien, ainsi que les restaurants, facilité d'accès en prime

Not a great start to our holiday as Antonio’s sister was not at the airport to meet us. I rang her and thankfully she came to pick us up within 30 minutes. She thought we were arriving the following day. We arranged for her to take us back to the airport the following week but received a text around 2am that morning to say that someone else was picking us up. Again thankful he did but slightly disconcerting about the arrangements. Great apartment. Comfortable bed. Fantastic views from balcony over the Adriatic. Sun lovers beware that the balcony faces East and the sun doesn’t reach you anytime of day. Still only 1 wine glass in the cupboard. Would recommend the owner make up a pack to include: Guide to TV channels, instructions on using the washing machine. Details of buses to Bari and where to catch them. Explain about buying bus tickets from the Tabachi beforehand. Suggested day trips to Matera, Monolopi and Polinario and how to get there by public transport. Eating out: Santa Lucia restaurant excellent also their coffee and pastries in the morning. Open at 7am. Restaurants in Eatily also very good with fresh fish and meat counter if you fancy cooking. Great choice of wines too. The local beach is beautiful with sunloungers and a restaurant is good. Beautiful sand and shallow waters. 5 minute walk past Eatily. All in all very relaxing, the weather in mid October was (and generally is) at that time of year in the southern Adriatic warm and dry around 22c - 25c.

The view says it all

Beautiful vista overlooking the Adriatic Sea from the gigantic balcony. Great restaurants right across the street. Fantastic Eataly grocery store two blocks away. Comfortable bed and lots of peaceful quiet. My only complaint is the tiny kitchen. One person in it at a time. And the old fridge desperately needs to be defrosted as well as deep cleaned as it smelled like sour milk. Not nice. Otherwise, a really special place.

Huge Patio Across From The Sea

This property was beautiful and very clean, with air conditioning and a HUGE patio, just as described. It is located just across the street from the sea and several restaurants...perfect location and the grocery store is just down the road. The hosts were excellent up deal with. Highly recommend! Beach Sides View for ever!

Nice apartment but needs to resolve parking if offered since we had quite a challenge. the apt needs a good cleaning inside and on the terrace, and could use more Kitchen utensils...one wine glass isn't enough. No bathroom tissue or even liquid soap for the kitchen as no dishwasher too... The view was perfect if very noisy with the beach goers triple parked from 4-2 am basically...we left early but again it was fine but not quite as I had hoped. Tiny kitchen btw...

Beautiful view and lots of terrace space

The view and the outdoor space are both great. The restaurant complex across the street can be noisy on a week-end night, but provides interesting people watching! Don't plan on cooking a big meal in the kitchen, but you can get a small load of laundry done in the washing machine in the second bathroom!

Great location on the Adriatic

The property was very clean with plenty of hot water. The large patio overlooking the Adriatic is to die for. Great views of the cruise ships and ferries arriving and leaving daily. Gated car parking on site. This is a great location to use as a base for car day trips to the surrounding area. There is a bus stop very near for trips into old Bari. The owners were very friendly and helpful in getting us settled in and expediting our departure.

Wunderbare 14 Tage in Bari und Apulien

Wir waren von der Lage, der Größe und der Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr begeistert. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir haben den Traumblick auf das Meer und die ein den Hafen ein- und auslaufenden Kreuzfahrtschiffe und Fähren genossen. Die Restaurants auf der anderen Straßenseite bieten leckere Speisen, wir waren mehrfach dort Essen oder haben uns Pizzen geholt. Jeden Tag waren wir im schönen Apulien unterwegs, entweder mit in Bari geliehenen E-Bikes (Veloservice Bari, sehr freundlich und auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen) oder mit dem Auto bis zum jeweiligen Startpunkt von tollen Wanderungen. Also zusammengefasst: Molto bene !!! Fahrt hin und genießt Süditalien! Familie Paul aus Berlin
