This apartment is spacious and opens out onto a balcony overlooking the sea and the las vistas beach . The view is breathtaking and as it changes slightly with the colours of the sea and the sun and the boat action over the Ocean you can truly Relax and enjoy it all from the comfort of the Apartment . it has a pool area which always has sun beds and has the sun all day long to 6;30 to 7pm This is a fully equipped apartment for up to 4 adults (cot also available )
This is what is included:

1.. Full size one bed apt of 52sq meters ( not a converted studio made into one bed with very small living space ).
2.. Air con (optional @ prepay card, €5 apx 7 hours of use ) we have bedroom fan and the apt is front line and enjoys fresh sea air, plenty of storage space for your clothes and cases.


3.. TV WE have installed STATE OF THE ART TV .....This means you can watch all your favorite TV Channels and soaps in English. it also has Catch up if your out when your program is on , you can watch it up to 48 hours later. We have 100`s of English Channels, music station, Video Club with latest Movies and all your favorite Sports from Sky it a comprehensive choice of English viewing FREE.
On request we can add TV channels from other Countries, (Please ask as there is a small charge )

4.. 4x Bath towels 4x hand towels 2 tea towels and one step out towel /mat, toilet roll / bin bags / 4x pillow covers 4x sheets 2x cotton bed covers 2x cushion covers ( all washed and ironed before your stay) 4x blankets, two extra pillows in the wardrobe.

5.. Two light weight beach chairs that you can carry to the beach. Request beach towels from the cleaner if you don't want to pack your own.

6.. Cleaning mid way through on stays longer than 10 nights is included and all linen changed for fresh ones.
7.. Sunbed on the balcony and 4 very comfortable wicker chairs with clean cushions ( + another table and chairs inside).

8.. 24 hour on call cleaner if you have queries.

9. The Apartment is designed as open living to the outside with a specially imported folding glass wall that allows you to bring the balcony into the living space and have a table and chairs and a sunbed all at the same time on your balcony. The whole Apt has the feeling of being outside when this wall is folded. We have sun on the balcony most of the day.

10.. Shopping trolley for those heavy water bottles and supermarket shopping.
11.. Iron and board, Hair dryer, Safe for your valuables.
12.. Cleaning utensils ( mob/bucket ,brush & scoop/brush).

13.. Private connection to our high powered fiber WiFi (300MB).
14.. Table setting for 4 people and all the cooking utensils bottle and can openers etc..
15.. Microwave and toaster electric kettle, hob and oven, fridge freezer.

16.. Cleaning fee included, ( keep it tidy ;-). ) when you leave we clean for the next guests.

17.. We reply to all queries or enquiries immediately, we are also on the phone for you at all times.

18.. The Mercadona supermarket is at the back door so you can easily have everything fresh every day and you can wheel it straight to your fridge.

20.. We offer late check-out (when available) for visitors leaving on late flights.... Please organise this when booking. ( normal check-out is at 12 noon and apartments are ready again for check-in by 2pm.
