distance of restaurants, shops, and miles of white sand beaches. Pacific Shores

B-216 is at the quieter end of the resort community, yet close to both the

beautiful pool and community grilling area. There’s no searching for parking

when you arrive because you have an assigned parking space. It’s just one more

way Pacific Shores takes the hassle out of travel.

The owners have made many renovations and upgrades to the Pacific Shores B-216 property, providing you with a comfortable living

space that will feel like home from the moment you enter the front door. Your

main living area connects living room, dining area, and kitchen to create a good

conversation flow between spaces.

If you’re not running around seeing the many

spectacular sights of Maui, you may want to settle in for a movie night at

Pacific Shores B-216. There’s a TV with cable and a DVD player waiting for you

in the living room and your condo also has free Wi-Fi so you can post photos to

social media, make reservations, and set tee times.

Just beyond your living room through sliding

glass doors is the Pacific Shores B-216 balcony with a table and chairs for

two. After a day of golfing or playing on the beach, it’s fun to enjoy a cool

drink on this balcony overlooking the Pacific Shores grounds.

On many days, you’ll probably want to dine out

on the tasty local cuisine. But, if you want to cook at Pacific Shores B-216,

you’ll find everything you need to prepare and serve your favorite recipes. The

chef will especially like the new countertops and cabinets along with the

stainless steel appliances. If you want to grill some steaks or seafood, just

walk the short ways down to the community grills to prepare your food. There

are picnic tables in case you want to dine in the wonderful outdoor air.

You also have the option to dine on your

circular table with stools back at Pacific Shores B-216. With the table’s close

proximity to the kitchen you can get food on and off the table in no time.

Convenience is built into every aspect of your stay at Pacific Shores

B-216.

During your days at Pacific Shores be sure to

spend some time down at the large pool where you’ll also find a hot tub and

plenty of lounge chairs. It’s so relaxing to paddle around this beautiful pool

or enjoy a dip in the hot tub before bed.

Pacific Shores is across the road from Charley

Young Beach and has access to Kamaole Beach I. These are both excellent beaches

for snorkeling and swimming with gently undulating waves and a gradual slope

into the water. There’s a lifeguard on duty at certain times and you’ll find

outdoor shower facilities, barbecues, picnic tables, and restrooms. In your

condo, you’ll find beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels for your

use.

You’re also within easy walking distance of

Kalama Park where you’ll find beach volleyball and paddle board and surfing

instruction. There is also a jungle gym for the kids.

After playing on the beach or at the park, it’s

nice to know you have a stacked washer and dryer where you can toss your wet

swimsuits when you return to Pacific Shores B-216.

When it’s time for bed, you’ll be pleased to

claim the master bedroom with its queen-sized bed, large dresser, and ceiling

fan gently stirring the air. There’s an air-conditioner in the living room. At

night just open the windows and let the wonderful trade winds keep everyone

comfortable through the night.

Your master en suite includes a shower/tub

combination and vanity with storage below the sink. Of course, you’ll also find

plenty of thirsty towels to use during your stay.

The second bedroom within Pacific Shores B-216

offers two twin beds, a dresser, and ceiling fan. Beautiful Maui sunshine pours

in through the large window in this comfortable room.

Guests will appreciate the convenience of

having their own private bathroom with walk-in shower and a vanity with a large

mirror. It’s so much easier to get everyone up and going each day when you have

two bathrooms.

Nice, clean, quiet place, close to beaches & activities

The unit was clean and nicely furnished. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. Beds were good and not sagging. Firm mattress with about three inch topper in master. One of the pillows was a bit lumpy. A/C worked well but it's a window like unit that makes typical window unit noise. Showers were clean and worked, water warm enough.

A couple fairly minor maintenance issues, master bathroom exhaust fan didn't work and kitchen faucet needs to be replaced.

Overall the unit was very nice. However, if you have rambunctious children it's probably not the place for you. There are signs all over about keeping quiet between 10pm and 8am.

Good location, clean overall, well-equipped kitchen and overall very quiet.

This condo is between the two hot- spot areas in Kihei. One has only to walk a block to the north or south and cross the S Kihei Rd. To be at lovely, world-class Kamaole Beach I. Sadly, there is no view from this condo. The parking spots are reserved, and the spots monitored by security. Condo is very nicely decorated with generous seating and beach necessities. The Lanai is very small and the chairs have sharp edges considering one has to squeeze between the railing and chair to be able to sit. The owner has little choice about Lanai size though; they are all small here. If outdoor dining is important to guests, then keep searching as this place sadly, cannot deliver. The master bath is nice enough, but the loose toilet seat and water spots in the shower doors are detractors that could easily be fixed. It may also be time to clean or replace the grout in what otherwise is a lovely little shower. My daughter advised the twin beds in the second bedroom were too firm for her liking. Having more than adequate fans (ceiling fan in each bedroom plus the main living area) in addition to mobile floor fans was excellent! We booked late and had to piece together places to stay. We chose this property because it is right next door to where our friends are staying. Next time we will look for a location closer to the action. No slights to this owner and this condo - everything in their power is thumbs up. The pool is tiny and is adjacent to the parking area.

Just as advertised! Spacious, clean, central, useful having beach chairs snorkels etc

Perfect for our family vacation. Only stayed in to sleep and eat, as tons to see on the island. The local beach was wonderful! Used the pool and hot tub to unwind most days. Nice to have the BBQ as well.
