Some surrounding houses maintain the Pombaline moth.
A little further down, the Largo do Muro da Praia and Largo Poeta Bocage are privileged places from the landscape and monumental point of view.
A few meters to the west, the Largo das Penedos of India is another special place, a high point of the baroque, located near the old watchtower, from where they watched the ships passing by. It has one of the best panoramic views to the bay and part of the house. Since 2015, an elevator has been linked to Vasco da Gama Avenue and Vasco da Gama Beach.
