Beautiful Beach Escape <br>1 block from the beach

Welcome to your beach home-away-from-home! This shore house has been renovated and includes modern upgrades along with a few personal touches. Our family loves spending time here because we are a block away from the beach, about a 5 minute drive to the local ACME super market and about a 10 minute car ride to the beaches of Cape May and Wildwoods. We have great neighbors and are located in a safe neighborhood.

Our beach home features hardwood floors throughout, carpet in the two smaller bedrooms and hardwood in our master bedroom. We have 1 king size and 2 queen sized beds. There are two bathrooms, one with tub and shower combination. Master bedroom offers standing shower and outdoor shower too. Our kitchen is fully loaded with cooking and dining instruments including pots, pans, and cutlery. We have a dining room table in the kitchen, there is also bistro style seating at the counter. We have a mudroom with washer and dryer for tenants to use. The porch is perfect for hanging out with your family, grilling and relaxing after a long "bay day" or beach day. An enclosed outside shower makes cleaning off sand a breeze. There is off street parking. No meters are in the streets and parking permits are not required.

We Do Not provide sheets, towels, pillows, or beach towels. Please bring your own or rent them from local vendors. We can provide you with contacts for rental agencies and also bed sizes.

Cleaning fee is $150.00 expense paid by the tenants. Check in time is 4 PM and check out time is 11 AM unless other arrangements are made PRIOR to checking in. We must make sure the home is clean for the next guests, thank you for understanding. There is a refundable $500.00 damage deposit for this rental and it will not be waived under any circumstances. Damage deposits are returned 1 week after checkout date provided our home is left in good/no extra cleaning condition. Inspections will be performed after tenants vacate the premises by property manager and cleaning company. Any additional cleaning will result in a deduction from your security deposit.

**In the event of damages, ALL DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED, no matter how small/large. We ask you respect our home and leave it as you have found it. Please sanitize and wipe down all of the bathrooms and common areas. Tenants must wash all dishes, put away plates and dish-ware, empty trash and refrigerator upon checkout. Failure to maintain these rules will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
