Duplex apartment with a large veranda with side view to the Strait of Bonifacio and Corsica.
There are 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be converted into double, both bedrooms have their own private bathroom (total 2 bathrooms) plus 1 living room with kitchenette complete with fridge-frezer, oven, hob with 4 burners, washing machine, flat-bottomed and small plates, glasses, cups and coffee cups, crockery and various pots.
The house is 5 minutes from a beautiful beach with all the related services and, in as many minutes on the opposite side, from beautiful coves among the granite rocks that overlook the Bocche di Bonifacio and Corsica.

NEL COMPLESSO BUONO

Sul proprietario non posso che essere soddisfatta sempre disponibile, abbiamo avuto un problema con il forno e lui ha prontamente trovato un tecnico (il giorno di ferragosto) siamo stati poi noi a non accettare l'intervento, avendo solo 5 gg di soggiorno sincreante non volevamo restare in casa nemmeno per mezza giornata. La pecca è stata che sull'annuncio era indicato il barbecue ma in realtà essendo in un residence non si poteva fare, lui ovviamnete si è scusato in mille modi. L'appartamento si trova in una zona veramente bella e strategica, pecca che una camera con bagno si trova "in un sotteraneo" ci sono delle scale per scendere stanza a bagno molto spaziosi ma solo con la botola.... quindi risulta fresco ma molto molto umido.

Buonasera sig.ra Laura, Mi scuso ancora per aver fleggato erroneamente il quadratino del barbecue e per averle fatto portare in aereo, dalla sua città di origine, sia gli attrezzi del barbecue che le diavoline! Per quanto riguarda le camere e le scale sono presenti tra le fotografie e nelle spiegazioni.Nella camera di sotto non c’è nessuna botola ma un lucernario ed è assolutamente falso che ci sia molto, molto umido: la camera è sana e non è presente umidità! In ogni caso ci sarebbe stata la pompa di calore nuova con deumidificatore! La ringrazio per avermi dato la possibilità di chiarirle anche questo aspetto.

Sehr gute Lage in toller Ecke Sardiniens

Alkes sehr gut und wie beschrieben, einziges Manko war der sehr muffigen Geruch in der Wohnung,vor allem in den Schränken usw.
