Why they chose this property
The apartment is so central to Monaco it has wonderful access to the principality with Casino Square just 800metres away. We have beautiful views over Port Hercule and the Mediterranean which you can enjoy from the balcony at any time of the day. You can easily access all of Monaco or further a field to the rest of the Frecn Riviera coast.
What makes this property unique
The apartment building is mall and quiet, located on a residential street. We are on the 4th floor of a building with 5 floors. There is a small parking space available with the apartment and the building has an elevator.
