Spectacular view!

This is an incredible property in a very nice part of town. There's a private garage with a door opener which is very helpful because you will want to have a car if you stay here. Sadly our very large van was too tall to fit. Regular cars and SUVs under 2 meters would be fine. There are also a lot of stairs. Usually that is to be expected when you have a property with such an incredible view. Pack light or be ready to carry your luggage up. Either way the view is worth it!

You can't beat the view. That is the main draw and it's wonderful day and night. The place seems newly renovated, with fairly new fixtures in the bathrooms, for example. Fairly comfortable main area. The additional bedroom is in a separate place a flight of stairs up: it's got a lot of glass and seems like a greenhouse (and is hot as a greenhouse even when the AC is going sometimes). Separate bathroom outside for that bedroom. The only AC in the main unit is in the living room, so in the summer the bedrooms will be quite hot. Floor fans are available and they do a good job and the one AC unit can keep the place a bit cooler but it struggles on hot days. AC units in the bedrooms would be very welcome. There seems to be a shortage of a lot of things. It would benefit from more forks, glasses, cups, wine glasses (only two), etc. The microwave was incomprehensible to us. Extremely hard to make it work, so some written instructions in the kitchen would be very nice. There are a LOT of stairs. I would not recommend that children stay there or anyone with mobility issues or older people. Our mid-80s person had trouble going up and down. The equivalent of a couple hundred stairs and some of the stairs and pathways are rough and/or small, so less safe for such folks.

Lækker udsigt..

Overordnet var det 3 dejlige overnatninger og med fantastisk udsigt fra både terrasse og stue. Ligger et godt stykke fra by og højt oppe, men et supermarked tæt på og i gåafstand.Eneste udfordring var, at der var en hel del der enten var gået i stykker eller bare ikke fungerede fra start. Alt sammen ting der kunne være undgået, hvis man gik lejligheden ordentlig igennem inden ankomst. Men det er nok en travl sommer for udlejning og årsag til at det ikke var prioriteret.Havde dialog med udlejningen, men vi valgte at undgå reparationer med teknikere og håndværker, da vi kun skulle være der 3 dage.

Top Lage

Alles top. Sauber und super schöner Blick auf die Bucht. Einen Punkt Abzug wegen Sauberkeit des Jacuzzi. Soll zwar nach Aussage der Agentur neu befüllt worden sein. War aber trotzdem nicht zu nutzen, da viele Partikel drin rum schwammen.

Thank you for your stay, as explained for the Jacuzzi, it is treated every week with chlorine tablets, the particles are the tablets that disintegrate. It is 100% usable
