Outstanding apart with pool view & terrace at Vila Sol

This newly renovated apartment on the first floor has been furnished to extremely high standards and can accommodate up to 3 people. This spacious apartment has a large living / dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. It has a bedroom with two single beds, a nice bathroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. It has two large terraces (1st floor and rooftop), both overlooking the beautiful condominium pool and landscaped gardens. You can relax in the sun all day, have a drink in the evening and admire the beautiful sunset.

This beautiful apartment is located on the prestigious Vila Sol 5-star golf resort including the famous Pestana Vila Sol hotel with a selection of different restaurants, a fitness course, a golf course, tennis courts, a clubhouse, many outdoor pools and landscaped gardens. Golf enthusiasts can use the world-famous 27-hole golf course which is 100 meters from the apartment.

To offer an outstanding service and being a private property management, all our check-ins are in person from 4pm to 11pm.

A service charge (25 euros) is required for late check-ins done between 7pm and 11pm. Beyond this time the service fee is 50 euros

Service fee for early check-in (subject to availability) from 10am to 4pm : 25 euros

This property is independently managed and does not have permanent services like hotels. In order to offer our guests a service of excellence, services that are not included and considered additional will have a service charge between 30 and 150 euros, such as:
. Traveling to open doors (forgotten or lost keys).
. Additional orders and deliveries of towels or other products.
. Repairs and maintenance of equipment (due to negligence).
. Any and all other types of services not mentioned in the property information.

On request, we can provide cot : 10 euros/unit/stay and high chair: 6 euros/ unit/stay.

For winter booking only (Nov to Feb)- Final ceaning fee : 90 euros

(All additional fees should be paid upon arrival by cash).

From November to Feb (inclusive) medium and long term rentals (min. 14 nights) are available.

Upon request, we can provide a crib: 20 euros/uni/stay and baby chair: 10 euros/uni/stay.
