Villa Sabina is a modern spacious villa (300 m3) with 3 (4) bedrooms, study, lounge, dining room, hall, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 4 terraces and a balcony, French windows everywhere, two open fire places, a hidden swimming pool pool (privacy) area with huge terrace, summer kitchen, separate bathroom and storages. It is situated 65 km. North-East of Rome in the breathtaking hills of Sabina. (little Tuscany). 50 minutes by train to the center of Rome A quiet (real silence) and natural surrounding. No tourist spot (yet ..)!

Tens of little villages on rocks in the neighborhood and walking / tracking / horse riding possibilities.
Only available for 6 weeks a year, from May untill September.
