Large 4-room apartment with a beautiful view of the historic center of Lviv with three charming panoramic balconies facing the street. Relax and feel like home in a modern, clean, tastefully furnished and safe apartment situated in a well maintained 1925 Art Deco style building.The apartment is located in the city center, on a quiet, residential street which adjoins the T. Shevchenko Avenue, to the Rynok Square 5 minutes’ walk. There are a variety of grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants at close proximity and of course, lovely avenue to enjoy. Banks, nightclubs, transport stops, supermarket — all just a short walk away. The apartment is located on the fifth floor. A well-maintained entrance has a code lock. The layout of the apartment is correct, four rooms are isolated, and there is a hall, separate bathroom. In the hallway a spacious wardrobe for luggage and belongings. In the cozy hall, there is a large round table with chairs, convenient for both tea and work. The bedrooms are bright, with large windows and high ceilings. King size double beds with comfortable modern mattresses will give you a healthy sleep after a busy day. In addition to three double beds, there are two double sofas. In the bathroom you can use washing machine, hair dryer, washbasin with mirror. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, toaster, electric. kettle, rockery and cutlery for cooking. The apartment has autonomous heating, high-speed Internet Wi-Fi, cable TV. Iron and ironing board are also available. Guests are provided with a set of towels and clean linens
