Princesa Resort A-308 Rest-A-Shore Refuge Excellent Oceanfront

Comfy 2 bedroom with views, close to everything! Views to the city of Penasco, the beach and the ocean too. Set on the 3rd floor above the grounds of the Princesa de Penasco Resort.

Both bedrooms offer Queen sized beds. The rooms are light and contemporary, with ample closet space and TV's in both bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower stall, and the second bathroom is in the hallway.

Nice patio for enjoying the beach and ocean just nearby. Hand-carved dining table and a kitchen with L shaped might marble counter, full appliances. The living area has a large sofa, and chair, the sofa is a pull-out sleeper. There is a TV, DVD, and a DirectTV connection here as well.

Multiple swimming pools and jacuzzis here, one close to your condo. Before the beach is a sand volleyball court, and a clubhouse with a very complete gym.

Near the Resort, the office is a convenience store, and Colin's Cantina is a fine eating establishment right on site as well.

Beautiful place

Location of the room was nice. We had a good view of everything from the balcony. Felt like as if I was living in the property also.

Nice 3rd Floor Unit

Great stay by the beach!!

Overall, we really enjoyed staying here!! Not only at this condo but the entire Princesa property. We had everything we needed - a place to eat, sleep, relax and enjoy the beach!! We will come back!! Our only concern was with gaining access to cable/satellite. There were no directions provided in how to gain access to the system(s). We had to get the property management to lend us a hand.

Cute and cozy

The condo was perfect for our family weekend getaway. Clean and super cute. Love the decore. We had a super relaxing time and the location is ideal!! I would say the appliances need to be updated as the stove and fridge didn’t work well. The feeling fan in the queen size room didn’t work. Once those things are updated we would stay there again for sure!

Great Place

Beautiful views. Very clean. Had everything you could need! Our only problem was that both showers had issues working properly. But the maintenance guy came right up to fix the issues for one of them. Said he would be back to fix the other shower but never returned. Otherwise great place and would rent here again.

Absolutely fabulous view

We really liked this condo. It was roomy and clean, beautiful view and right next to the beach and pool. We really would love to come back and stay here again.
