Nestled on Sandy Beach and just steps away from the breathtaking Sea of Cortez, our luxurious and modernly designed condo offers mesmerizing views of one of Puerto Penasco's most exquisite beaches. Embark on a short one-hour drive south of the border and prepare to be captivated by the allure of this fully furnished and newly remodeled haven.

Our condo is in Building E. It's the closest building to the Ocean. You'll be right on the beach, with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez. The pool and beach photos are the real deal -- they show the breathtaking views you'll experience during your stay. And guess what? Our condo just had a complete remodel. We've maintained the Princesa Resort's rustic charm while adding modern conveniences for your enjoyment. We've upgraded everything! Free high-speed WiFi, USB charging ports in every room, HD smart TVs that allow you to access your own streaming accounts, including Amazon Prime, Netflix, and DirecTV and even keyless entry!

Additional accommodations include bedding, linens, bath towels, and beach towels. We also have a pack-n-play and high chair available upon request. Be sure to bring your favorite K-Cups or favorite ground coffee to make the most of our Keurig K-Duo Plus coffee maker! Our kitchen's all set up with silverware, dishware, cookware, and the basic cooking tools you’ll need, plus some dish cleaning goodies to keep things tidy. Don't feel like cooking? Colins Cantina is located in the resort and offers delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at very reasonable prices. There is also a small convenience store located in the resort.

The condo is located on the ground floor, featuring a private patio just steps away from the heated pool and children's pool. Unwind on the comfortable patio sofa and chairs, or enjoy a meal on the patio high-top table. Plus, you’ll find a private propane grill on the patio for your grilling convenience. The Master Bedroom has a King-sized bed and a private bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. The Pineapple Bedroom is furnished with a cozy Queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with HD smart TVs, allowing you to log in to your own streaming accounts, including Amazon Prime, Netflix, and DirecTV.

The resort's courtyard has three pools (1 Heated) and three shallow kiddie pools, a jacuzzi, barbecue grills, a fitness center, a volleyball court, and several palapas with beach chairs to relax in and enjoy the beach.

We also offer a Digital Welcome Book to all of our guests. Whether this is your first time to Puerto Penasco or a regular visitor, our Digital Welcome book is full of helpful information that you can access right at your fingertips. Even if you don't have cellular coverage in Mexico, download the Digital Welcome Book to your Android or iPhone for consistent detailed Google Maps directions and resort information. Great location steps from the pool and beach

An easy arrival and departure with all the listed amenities, zero stress and great location on the first floor. We loved it and would seek it out again. We drove, which made it easy to go to other parts of the city— only note as it is about a 10-20 minute drive to other popular locations. You could also very well not leave the site at all and have everything you need.

Scott's condo was wonderful as always. Beautifully decorated and clean. It has everything you need for a great vacation. The heated pool, beach and pool bar are right out the patio door. Scott is easy to reach if needed.

My husband, myself and another couple that enjoy several trips to Rocky Point every year. This trip we wanted to try a resort that we hadn’t ever stayed at! We were very pleased with not only the condo but the resort as well.

This is by far the best place we've stayed in. Smooth transaction from booking to check out. Place is so clean, the pack n play I requested was set up when we arrived. Best for families, I would say. Only steps away from.the pool and beach. Coming back soon!

Awesome Family location

We stayed at the condo for 5days(4nights). The rental was spacious enough for 6ppl. My husband and I had the master and Our four kids(10,6,6,5) shared the other bern, with two in the queen bed and a twin airmattress fit on each side of the bed for all four in there (there is a pull out couch but we like to put our kids to bed in the bedroom and close the door). There were Plenty of pillows, linens, and towels for everyone! The location is perfect! Right beside the pool which made it easy for quickly grabbing things in the room while still being in the pool. We loved the ground floor unit to be able to store our floaties on patio and not have to deal with stairs or elevators. And best of all, a few more steps and you were at the beach! The kitchen has all basic cooking items pots, pans, utensils, and even kids cups and bowls. Salt and pepper were provided but no other seasonings/cooking spray (which was fine for us, I always bring my own). Only thing I wish the condo had was a crock pot. I would have loved to throw dinner in the crock pot in the morning and went to the beach all day to come home to a cooked dinner, but I should have asked if there was one so I could have brought my own. Scott was an amazing host! He texted with all the details I needed before my trip (insurance, check in process, updates about the condo) and was very communicative through out our stay. We loved staying here and recommend it to anyone! We will definitely be staying here again 10/10

Great Lovation

Enjoyed our 5 days in this room very nice features and access to the pool. Overall great stay. I will say that the resort has a no shirt policy for men in the pool regardless if it’s swim attire. Which we thought was odd. They were enforcing it everyday we were there.

Beautiful Condo!

This was our first time in Rocky Point and the fact that we chose this condo was the perfect combination! The location was just awesome! All we had to do was just walk to the beach. We defineltely recommend this beautiful clean condo!

Highly recommend!

Two night stay with my adult son during our Rocky Point adventure. Very clean, comfortable beds, great location by the pools/ocean. Did not use the kitchen but is adequately stocked with everything needed to cook meals. Fitness center was great. Outdoor seating area was lovely. Will be back!

Perfect condo

We have stayed in Rocky Point for many years and have stayed in just about ever resort. We have always loved the Princessa for location and amenities. Scott's condo has by far been the best!!! Location/access to beach was perfect and the condo was nicely upgraded with everything you would need. Only one down fall was not being able to enjoy the beautiful condo in the afternoon due to lack of shade, but those sunsets were amazing. We would?will be staying here again!!

Nicely upgraded condo

Best condo we’ve stayed at in a while! Nicely upgraded and very comfortable. Condo was very quiet, A/C is upgraded and works well. Unit is right next to the pool with the swim up bar and has close beach access. Will be staying in this unit gain!

Absolutely Amazing Condo!

We have stayed in Princesa E104 many times over the past several years and have always loved this condo. The condo has new owners and they did a complete remodel which looks incredible. Everything is new and it appears that no expense was spared. I was working remotely while I was there and the upgraded WiFi internet worked flawlessly. The pool directly off the patio is heated and there is a new swim-up bar which we really enjoyed. The private grill on the patio was great for grilling some steaks and enjoying the amazing sunsets. I cannot recommend this condo enough. We have stayed in many units in Princesa and this is the one to stay at. I have already booked some dates for 2021 because I know this condo will book up early.

Amazing Condo - Right on the beach with beautiful views

Condo was super comfy and being on the ground floor beach front is amazing. Heated pool right in front of the condo. Parking was also very close to the condo front door. Host was super to work with. Highly recommend. Next trip we will be bringing the little ones with. This is an ideal condo for families being so close to the pool and with the large patio. Thank You for a great stay!

We love the ground floor and being so close to the pool and beach. The pool is only a few step off of the private patio. We are the second owners of this unit and while this Condo was nice when purchased, it was a bit outdated. With that said a complete remodel was done and the difference is amazing. This is a truly one of a kind ground floor beach front condo in Puerto Peñasco, Sonora, Mexico.
