In a small quiet hamlet organized around a large pond, this bright and colorful cottage has been restored with authenticity and taste. You will be able to visit the small town of character of Bellême and the forest known for its centuries-old oaks and its mushrooms. Percheronne independent house. Ground floor: living room (wood stove), lounge, kitchen, bathroom with toilet. Floor: bedroom (1 double bed 180 x 200 cm separable), bedroom (1 bed 2 people 160 x 200 cm separable, 1 bed BZ 2 people), bedroom (1 bed 2 persons 160 x 200 cm separable), bathroom attic, separate wc. Electric heating. Outbuilding of 55 m² with garden furniture, plancha, table tennis, table football and croquet. Garden 500 m² partially enclosed (closed pond side). Ball games, badminton.

Excellent, tout était parfait.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour (couple + 2 enfants; 1 semaine en Février) dans ce gîte très cosy et au calme. Belle demeure de charme spacieuse et rénovée avec goût. On se sent tout de suite chez soi. Equipement très complet et de qualité. Les enfants ont adoré la salle de jeu avec baby-foot et ping-pong. Poêle à bois très agréable en hiver. Environs à découvrir (Bellême, Mortagne au perche, ...). Accueil très chaleureux (merci !). Nous recommandons vivement cette location !
