Casa Giovannina is a charming fisherman's house with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea, positioned on the rock tongue of the famous Capo di Conca. It enjoys two large panoramic terraces, overlooking the sea. The location is strategic: away from the hustle and bustle of the coast, but close to the main points of interest!



The house is organized on one floor, which includes:



• Large panoramic terrace, equipped with barbecue, outdoor furniture (deck chairs, tables for outdoor dining).

• Seafront patio with lounge chairs, garden lounge and outdoor shower

• Living room with dining area and double sofa bed

• Panoramic (open) veranda with table and chairs

• Fully equipped kitchen - without dishwasher - with dining table

• 1 double bedroom (bed size: 160x190) with access to the front patio and sea view

• 1 single room (bed size: 90x190)

• 1 bathroom with large shower



Casa Giovannina is located in a quiet and panoramic area of ​​the Amalfi Coast, just on the famous rock of Capo Di Conca. The house has 2 different entrances: one from the main road, through about 60 steps - with free parking for scooters -, one from the upper road, through about 10 steps. Private parking is not available. The public parking (for a fee) is about 50 meters away from the house, but it may be difficult to find a place in the high season. We recommend reaching Casa Giovannina without a car.

A Peaceful Amalfi Escape with Stunning Views

Our property in Conca dei Marini was spectacular. Impeccably clean, very well located. It's a quiet town, away from the noise of nearby Amalfi but close enough to travel there easily with the bus station nearby. The views from the balcony were beautiful, the air conditioning nice and cold, and Francesco was extremely helpful with any questionsrequests we made of SMAAC. Having a beach down the steps, a 10 minute walk away, was a luxury. The restaurant nearby, Bonta del Capo was delicious. I highly recommend visiting here for your Amalfi vacation!

Overall, loved the stay.

Beautiful views from the apartment and the rooms. Very cosy place, spacious living room and balcony. Lots of amenities in the apartment which were quite useful. We found the location to be really good - in middle of multiple locations along Amalfi coast area. The host were very helpful, responsive and proactive in helping and answering any queries/requests. However we had some minor issues specifically the washing machine should have been checked before as it was leaking (this was rectified by the host as soon as they could to be fair) and there is no decent parking option (either for free a long distance awaypaying nearly 40 euros a day in the paid parking option).

Die Immobilie präsentiert sich in ausgezeichneter Lage. Es handelt sich um ein großzügig geschnittenes Apartment mit mehreren Terrassen und beeindruckendem Meerblick. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig, jedoch aufgrund zahlreicher Treppenstufen mit erhöhtem Aufwand erreichbar. Ein Parkhaus befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 30 € pro Tag). Die Apartmentverwaltung unterstützte uns freundlich und zeitnah per WhatsApp (vielen Dank, Francesco!). Der Verkehr auf der Küstenstraße ist bei höherem Verkehrsaufkommen gut hörbar, was aufgrund der Lage der Wohnung nicht anders zu erwarten war. War letztendlich aber nicht weiter störend.

Amazing!

Beautiful location that was close to Amalfi but away from all the crowds. Great views of the ocean and Torre del Capo di Conca from the large patio. Francesco was very responsive to any questions we had and addressed any issues quickly.

SMAAC’s property at Conca Dei Marini was a real find!

SMAAC’s property at Conca Dei Marini was a real find! The views are incredible and the location is perfectly situated between Positano and Amalfi. Although the buses did not run for two days while we were there because of fires and a landslide, the house is near an easy, short walk to a SITA Stop. We were able to use a driving service to get around more locally. Restaurants nearby would send shuttles to the house to bring you to their restaurant because of the steep walks up, this was so appreciated! Francesco was helpful and responsive, he even assisted with arranging a boat tour of the coast. This was a great day! The online guide really does have everything you need to know but Francesco was still attentive and kind even when I had overlooked something there! I will look forward to staying here again!

Fantastic place! Incredible views from several different balconies - in the pictures I thought there were less, from different angles. Great for relaxing, writing a book (what we did), and getting to know the Costiera Amalfitana (also). The host was very responsive, the house was tidy and clean and well equipped.

If you want to get the most of your money in the Amalfi coast. This location is it The host is a "Super Host". taking care of every detail to make sure your stay in Amalfi is stress free and enjoyable I dint realize how amazing this location was until our stay. Previously, I had stayed in Positano but this place offers the privacy and access to all local towns, and half the cost. The Sita bus is a minute walk and the beach club and delicious restaurants are right across the street. 10min ride to Amalfi and you can ferry anywhereenjoy locally from there. The Emerald Grotto is very close and towns such as Priano and Atrani are all very close. We had an amazing stay and would certainly entertain another visit here

Excellent, quiet and private location with breathtaking views. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean and welcoming. Easy access to beaches and food market and restaurants within walking distance - albeit an uphill but pleasant walk. Bus stop only a minute walk from property. A dishwasher would be a welcome addition to the kitchen.

This place is just astonishing for its view and the very large private garden terraces with beautiful vegetation that will make you feel in a very privileged one to one with the sea. The house is very well equipped overall even if the bed and sofa quality could be better. The agency was very helpful but I could just complain about the check-out time at 10 o clock which is too demanding for such an expensive venue especially given the high price of the cleaning (170€). But well the house was indeed very clean when we arrived. Although quite expensive and not guaranteed, the public parking just few meters above is very convenient given the nightmare that can be Amalfi coast by car.

We truly enjoyed the lovely house and it’s beautiful scenery and surroundings. Communicating with Smaac was easy and always helpful. Thank you!! At the end of October the close beach restaurants were closed in the evenings, so we ended up eating on three evenings at La Piazza da Nino - a friendly and great family restaurant only 350 steps upwards!!

We will stay here again!

If we had stocked provisions we probably would have never left the house. The views of the mediterranean were amazing. There were showers during the day but the sky was beautiful from the panoramic views we had. The house was perfect and comfortable. Modern, but homie. Probably the best sleep I’ve had in months. We didn’t feel guilty about staying in and just relaxing on the terrace. You will not be disappointed with this beautiful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of today’s realities. Centrally located and minutes away from all that Amalfi has to offer. We will stay here again!

No doubt it was a beautiful view the patios were stunning - However a couple things to keep in mind if you are booking here - We had issues with the wifi over multiple days so if that’s important to you keep in mind (they did have someone come fix it) another thing the shower does not drain very well. Bus stop was right there which was fantastic made the entire island easily accessible, overall not bad!

Where do I began ? The home is an oasis along the Amalfi Coast . Beautiful.... peaceful ..... spacious .... with views that are incomparable! The little beach in Conca is a gem with several great restaurants.... and not discovered by the tourists ! The bus and taxi access are very convenient. Francesco was the best .... quick responses any time I texted him and full of suggestions and helpful hints . Not a five star home ... a ten star one!

Amazing Villa on Amalfi coast

Great location with outstanding panoramic views of Amalfi coastline. Lots of living space, with plenty of outside space including a patio area with sun loungers, separate area with table and chairs to eat outside and another patio outside the master bedroom. Beautiful gardens. Very clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. Handy parking just up the road, and close to Sida sud bus stop. We used the app to buy bus tickets which was much easier as not usually able to buy on bus. We used mixture of bus and ferries to get about which worked well and visited Sorrento and Capri. Kept away from taxis as heard they were excessively expensive. We used our rental car to go to Pompeii and Vesuvius which was well worth the trip. Excellent communication about how to access property and provided with everything we needed to know. Always got very quick replies to any questions we asked. I suppose the main thing to realise if visiting Amalfi coastline is to understand how difficult it is to access anywhere on foot. Roads don&#39t cater for pedestrians!! Also limited access to swim in sea especially in October as the conca di capo lido was closed but worth visiting the watch tower on the peninsula for amazing views. We enjoyed swimming in the sea in Amalfi town, Corsica and Furore Fiord and the local beach via Marina near the bus stop next to the hotel Belvedere.
