Upstairs is the main home. Floor 2 has 3 bedrms (including a master w/bath), 2nd bath, large updated kitchen, 2 dining areas, massive covered deck. Floor 3 has second master bedrm, another large bedrm w/4 twins beds, a bath, and a huge living rm. The "apartment" on the first floor has 2 bedrms, 2 baths, 2 living rms, and a galley kitchen. Perfect for multifamily vacations! There is a garage, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, heater, and evaporative cooler for floors 2 & 3, cable, high speed internet, BBQ. Home has personal dock slip on private community dock. Bass Lake is a wonderful resort area with restaurants/bars, community center, quaint shops, along with hiking, boating, fishing, swimming. Rental boats, bikes, & more available.

The house was amazing for our family and friends lake vacation. The outside porch was perfect for hanging out with everyone. There’s plenty of room everywhere. Check-in was easy. We didn’t have any issues at all. It was one of the best Bass Lake vacations we’ve had.

Love this property! The number of bedrooms and bathrooms work great for large groups. The covered deck is a favorite spot to hang out. There's plenty of parking space. The location is ideal - just a short walk to the lake. Nikki is the best host! We love staying here.

The house was just as pictured, walking distance to the lake and boat dock. Nikki was great to work with, communication was awesome. The deck offered such great family time. We even saw the neighborhood bear a couple of times. Would definitely stay here again.

Whenever we go to Bass Lake for our semiannual family reunion we always stay at this amazing house. It is perfect for large groups. There are plenty of bedrooms most with king or queen beds. It has access to a dock that is a very short walk away. We love the large screened in porch where we would get together every evening for dinner, games, and music. The upgraded air conditioning was a wonderful surprise. The house stayed cool in every room. The kitchen is well equipped and is perfect for preparing large group meals. And we had three dining tables one of which was always covered with a puzzle. The owner is quite friendly and easy to work with. She responded quickly to any query I had. We have stayed at this house for our last four family reunions and will be sure to stay there again for our next one in two years

Great week at the lake!

This was our 3rd year at this property and our 15th year spending a week at Bass Lake. We had a wonderful time and love the big deck to relax on and the proximity to the boat dock!

Wonderful Lake House

Great Lake house in a great location! We love Bass lake and have stayed at many different lake houses. This location did not disappoint. It was even better than what we were expecting.

Always a great cabin for our family. Lots of room with a great deck to spend evenings and mornings. I would note that it does not have central AC but two large portable AC units.

Nice place to stay for large groups. Very well stocked. Almost too well stocked with furniture and kitchen supplies....a bit less stuff would be nice also.

We love this property. It has a great layout, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, which is perfect for large groups. It's just a short walk to the lake. This is our fourth year staying here, and we really appreciate all of the recent upgrades - new mattresses, a new fridge, a shuffleboard, new trash enclosure, and AC in the main living space. The owners are so easy to work with. Can't wait for next year!

Bass Lake 2019

The Thomas home was wonderful. We had plenty of rooms and with 5 baths cleaning up after a day at the lake was easy. The porch was the best part and we spent most of our meals outside.

Great Large Cabin with an Amazing Location

We’ve stayed in this cabin now for four years in a row. It is huge with seven bedrooms and a great location. You can walk to the dock where there’s a slip for you if you have a boat. Nikki is a great host and always answers any questions quickly!

Yosemite NP

Nikki was a fantastic host. Replying quickly to all my questions. Our family of 12 had a wonderful time cooking out and playing games. Everyone had comfortable accommodations with everything we needed for cooking and even making homemade ice cream. The fireworks on the lake was the perfect ending to our visits to Yosemite and sequoia NP.

My family loves the outdoors. We enjoy all things nature. We have been vacationing at Bass Lake since we were children and have spent many a wonderful hours on the lake, hiking the falls, board games, reading, and sitting on our super sized covered patio together.

Why they chose this property

My name is Nikki and my husband, Clay, and my Parents, Nick and Phyllis, purchased our cabin as a second home in 2000 so our entire family could enjoy time together. We often spend holidays and summers enjoying boating, fishing, hiking, and relaxing together. Our place is large enough that both my sisters and their family always join us. We decided to share our home so others could enjoy this beautiful location. There is always something to do, even if it is just chillin' on the wonderful patio. We have rented our home during the summer months for years now & our regulars keep returning year after year. When we get that repeat request immediately after they leave, we know they love it as much as we do. :)

The covered patio is spectacular. There are 3 floors. The first floor is a separate apartment unit w/2 bedrms, 2 baths, a galley kitchen, 2 living rms. The 2nd floor is the main house w/large kitchen 3 bedrms, 2 baths, and 2 eating areas. This is where the patio is. The 3rd floor has a master suite, bath, spacious family rm, window seat, and huge bedroom w/4 twin beds. Spacious, clean, beautiful.
