This gorgeous and beautifully remodeled condo is in the gated community of Desert Falls Country Club in Palm Desert. The sun soaked pool and hot tub complex is visible from the patio and is literally just a few steps away. This is a ground floor, end unit with an attached two car garage and an extra long driveway. Enjoy the gorgeous foliage and mountain views from the East facing back patio and master bedroom. This is an especially quiet and peaceful area of this wonderful complex!

The unit has been completely and tastefully remodeled. The kitchen features newer, stainless steel appliances including a gas range and Quartz countertops throughout. The extendable dining room table can seat 6-8 people. Enjoy the desert evenings while lounging on the patio and grill your dinners on the large, natural gas Weber BBQ.

If you must work or log on, enjoy the fastest High Speed Internet and Wi-Fi speeds available (200+ Mbps).

As a guest of ours you have full and complimentary access to the Desert Falls Country Club state of the art fitness facilities and that includes tennis courts and pickle ball courts. Desert Falls Country Club is a public course so come hit the links on one of the highest rated “Scottish Links courses”, enjoy a sunset cocktail in the beautiful clubhouse after and retire to your gorgeous home to get some rest and relaxation before doing it all again the next day.

Great centrally located stay

Great, quiet property with comfortable amenities and plenty of space. Loved the proximity to the pool and given the number of pools in the neighborhood, never was crowded and felt private. Communications with host was fantastic as well. Would stay here again.

Clean, Comfortable, Private, Quiet Location

This house was perfect for a holiday in Palm Desert. It is the best all round house that we have stayed at in California. We picked this house because we had a good feeling of trust towards the manager Drew, and we feel this is important to avoid difficulties. Drew’s communication was excellent. He contacted us before we arrived and gave us complete instructions on how to enter the property and its location. When we arrived there was a welcome sheet for us explaining all of the conditions of the house and codes for doors and garage door opener. The house was close to shopping and restaurants. This house had one of the best equipped kitchens and all of the amenities such as toiletries, bikes, pool towels and BBQ were included. The house is located in a gated community and the maintenance of the properties is impeccable. The private lane way and garage were an asset. One of the best features was that the back of the house opened to a beautiful backyard with a pool and hot tub.This house ticked all the boxes. Great manager, clean, comfortable, private, quiet, location, and great for a family to relax at.

Schöne Wohnung mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Auch die Terrasse ist mit schönen Möbeln bestückt, exakt wie auf den Fotos in der Anzeige. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist die Lage zum Pool, es sind nur ein paar Schritte bis zum Tor. Die Kommunikation, das Einchecken am Gate des Country Clubs und im Haus, alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Great Labor Day get away

Great Vacation Spot for our Family!!!

What a great place for our family of 5, including a mobile 9mo old, to relax for a few weeks. With the pool just steps away it was perfect for nap time and time for the rest of us to enjoy the pool. There was enough space for all of us and the expanding dinning table worked great. Our host and property manager were so quick to respond if we had a question. The complex was quiet and though others live nearby we had the pool to ourselves for 2 weeks. It was a great landing spot for our family to unwind and enjoy the summer heat!

Very nice lace to stay!

I guess the measure of how much we like this place is our decision to stay here again this year after staying here last year, Its so relaxing and such a nice, clean place. We love the location in Palm Desert. My Mom stayed in Palm Springs and my brother lives in LaQuinta so we were right in the middle of them. This condo has lots of upgrades from most in this country club. They have tile everywhere (no carpet), large screen TV, huge bedroom with King bed, and really large bathroom The best part? The pool is just outside the backyard and it is a large lap pool, Loved it! A truly relaxing time in beautiful surroundings!

Perfect Getaway

The home was lovely, well-appointed, and we shared our space with a family of hummingbirds. The photos were accurate, and we couldn't have been more delighted. We actually never met the property manager, but he was very responsive to our singular request. The location is ideal, pickleball is plentiful, and bikes are provided. Just be aware that it is a two-family unit; noise, feet, and closets opening upstairs are apparent. We would definitely stay here again!!

AWESOME IN EVERY RESPECT

This is a beautiful, perfectly situated condo - the best that we have ever stayed in. It is extremely well stocked and well furnished. Having the pool and hot tub only a few steps away makes it perfect. We have stayed in many different condos in Desert Falls over the years but this is the nicest that we have been in. The property manager, Drew is outstanding. He is so good that we always try to stay at properties that he manages. He makes certain that everything is perfect and his communication is awsome! Bottom line - on a 5 star scale, the property and property manager are both 6 stars.

Desert Oasis

The condo we rented on our five-day trip to Palm Desert, CA was beautiful! It was exactly as pictured on the Vrbo site. It was a welcomed respite from the 105 degree temperatures at the end of each day. :) Our host, Drew, had tons of amazing information laid out for us when we arrived (pamphlets, magazines, maps, & notes with pertinent property information). He was also extremely helpful with the process and responsive to our questions from the time we booked until the day we left to head home. We couldn't have had a better experience and will definitely be hoping the property is available if we make our way back to Palm Desert in the future. Thanks Drew and Vrbo, for making traveling easy and fun!
