Lujoso, apartamento de 2 dormitorios Morden para turistas. Es una conversión de almacén patrimonial construida en los años treinta. Disfrutará de la singularidad y el lujo de sus características antiguas: techos altos, habitaciones amplias y ventanas enormes en cada habitación.
El exterior es espectacular y el interior está muy bien diseñado.

Un ascensor, acceso directo al apartamento en la 2ª planta.

Ubicado en una zona residencial tranquila en zona 2.

Good host, great location

Very good location for exploring North London, Islington, Highgate etc. Very comfortable stay and miko was very welcoming and helpful.

A wonderful time in London

This apartment was perfect for my first trip to London. The area is very pleasant with tons of coffee and food options.

Cosy, clean, beautiful flat

My 16 year old daughter and I stayed here for a spring break getaway and found this to be an ideal base for exploring the city. Close to buses and good access to the underground.

Nice stay in Hillrise

Our host was very helpful and easily reachable if we had questions. The property is modern, clean and spacious and is located within a few minutes walk of bus and underground stations, which makes getting around London very easy. There are also a number of restaurants and food stores within 1 to 10 minutes walk of the property. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Cozy, clean and modern place

This was a great modern 2 bedroom conveniently located right next to a grocery store. The beds were amazingly comfy and the apartment was equipped with everything you could want. The owner met us in person and showed us the place and was responsive via text the entire time. Great place to stay if you don’t mind commuting into the city.

Everything was perfect

Amazing and spacious appartment, quiet neighbourhoud, buses and subway are all closes. Miko is exceptionally available and nice. We definetly recommend.

Great accommodation in great location

The flat was great for our family of four. Good transport connection to buses and underground stations. Also great if you want to walk to the station instead. Few bus stops to the Emirates Stadium if that's on your list of places to visit. Host was nice, sent us house rules ahead of arrival and was there to welcome us. Fast broadband, washing machine, stove and dishwasher available.

Lovely flat

This is a nice and homely flat - good to put your feet up after walking through London. Obviously it’s not located super centrally but easy to reach with tube and short walk. Would really recommend! Host Miko is also very nice and responds very quickly to messages.

Wonderful, helpful landlady with a spacious apartment

Location appears to be somewhat away from the center but a short and easy bus ride puts you on a main underground line to where ever you wish to go. Apartment is excellently provisioned with cooking implements. Also, Fumiko will give you advice on underground routes to important spots, as well as providing an underground map. Pick this place.

Lovely Stay!

We had a nice month-long stay. Miko met us at the apartment and showed us how things worked. Nice ambience, windows and amenities. The neighborhood was close to buses, shops, restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the Tube. It was mostly quiet at night but on several occasions there were cats fighting or somebody playing their music or yelling -- things one can't ever control for. Other than that, the apartment was wonderful to relax in or to come home to after a busy day.

Clean and bright flat in well maintained block

We very much enjoyed our 12d trip. Child-friendly set up, decent bus routes and 12min walk to Archway tube. Handy for Crouch Hill/Finsbury Park/Parkland Walk. Flat was very clean. Would stay again, thank you Miko. (Although perhaps not in the summer as the flat gets very hot with the large windows) Minor suggestion: would have liked some wine glasses and a bit more cutlery!

Clean, comfortable accommodation within walking distance of public transportation

We stayed in this nice, clean and comfortable accommodation during a family trip to London. Host was nice and the rules were quite easy to comply with 😁. Broadband WiFi available. It is a 10 minute walk from the buses and a further five minute walk to the nearest underground but this was no issue as we had looked forward to walking in London. Get your Uber app if you want to be picked up at the door. There is a grocery shop around the corner from the front door. This property comes highly recommended.

Wohnung London

We enjoyed our stay in the flat very much. The flat is located in a quiet side street and is easily accessible by public transport. The contact with Miko was very good and everything worked out. Unfortunately, the flat heats up a lot when the sun is shining, so the temperature in the flat was high. I can recommend the flat, although it is too warm for me in the summer.

Beautiful, clean, and spacious

Mike is a wonderful host and very responsive. The flat was clean, beautiful, and spacious. It was a nice quiet area, but a bit far from central London. Luckily, there's plenty of public transit options. The only negative regarding the flat is, in the 90 degree heat, a/c would have been a blessing. Of course, I knew a/c wasn't available, but it did get toasty in the unit.

Lovely little apartment

This apartment worked very well for 2 friends in their 50s travelling together who are happy to take the bus and tube to get around. Miko was a terrific hostess --- very communicative and helpful. The apartment was clean, beds comfortable and kitchen well-stocked. It gets very warm because it is South facing, and Miko provides several quiet, effective fans. Some darker curtains in each room might help with his. It is a bit removed from the major London sites, but very easily reached by bus, or about a 15 minute walk to the tuber. Overall I give this apartment and Miko a terrific rating.

Good stay in London

We had a very good stay in Milo’s apartment. She was a very kind and helpful host, and provided answer to all our questions timely, also giving precise direction to get to the apartment. She was also waiting for us in the apartment at our arrival. The house was very nice and clean, and equipped with everything we needed (also dishwasher and washing machine are a good plus). Archway and Finsbury Park underground can be easily reached on foot or with 210 bus in few minutes. The only problem in the house was the hot temperature during sunny days in July; also some dark curtains in one of the 2 bedrooms could be helpful to avoid too much sunlight early in the morning.

What’s with the plastic on the tables?

Miko & Peter were very responsive. Unfortunately, there is no Underground nearby. The buses are excellent though tricky to figure out. Lots of sun exposure so the flat gets HOT. Would be a problem in high summer. Ornery blinds on the windows. Some photos on website are misleading.

Nice bright flat, very clean

Fumiko's flat was nice and clean, and looked like the listing. Everything was in great condition and we appreciated the lift. Communication was good and she was very responsive. The flat has all south facing windows that only open a little bit, so it gets very hot in the afternoons. Even days where the weather was only 24/25 degrees outside, the flat was over 30 degrees in the afternoon. There were some small coolers that helped a bit. My other suggestion to improve this space would be to get some kind of a bar or handle in the bathroom to help getting out of the tub - it's a very high step down and could be hazardous for older guests. Overall, though, the location was good and it was a very short walk to the bus to Central London. Also appreciated the nearby parks and shops. Neighborhood was very safe and quiet.

I felt at home in this nice apartment! Communication with Fumi was super easy, the location of the apartment was convenient with a good 10-minute walk to Archway station (Northern Line) and only a 20-minute ride to Bank station. I would certainly recommend this place.
