New country house for families, smart working and dogs with outdoor jacuzzi

The house has just been renovated leaving the rustic style but adding every comfort.
The house has 3 spacious double bedrooms with wardrobe and two bathrooms with shower. The open space houses a well-equipped kitchen and a large living room with a 55 '' smart TV. Each room has air conditioning.
There is a smart working station with desk and ergonomic chair with a good internet connection.

The large garden is fenced and is equipped with an outdoor hot tub (heatable), gazebo with table, chairs and BBQ. The night area can be illuminated and is accessed by a ladder in front of the front door.

Guests can enter the large parking area (with more parking spaces) by accessing a private entrance.

The house is located in the hamlet of Pieve di Camaiore a few km from the center of Camaiore. On foot (about 700m - 10 minutes) you can reach two restaurants and a grocery store. While by car: in 5min you get to 2 supermarkets and in 15min (about 10km) to the beaches of Lido di Camaiore.

The price does NOT include the consumption of: energy* (0.60 euros / kw), gas* (3 euros / m3) and water (4 euros / m3), to be paid in cash at checkout.

From 1/06 to 30/09 the municipality applies a tourist tax of 1.50e per person (over 14 years) per day (up to a maximum of 7 days) to be paid in cash at checkout.
