A few steps from the splendid beach of San Benedetto del Tronto, we rent for short periods a recently renovated apartment, for a total of 7 beds, equipped with all comforts. The apartment consists of a living room / kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one double + one bunk bed and one triple), 1 bathroom, 1 balcony and 1 small terrace. Air conditioning bi zone, fridge, electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, induction hob (no gas), washing machine, iron, hair dryer, dgt TV, wifi.
The apartment is located in a tourist area on the seafront of San Benedetto del Tronto, served by all the main services. Located on the fourth floor with elevator. sea view, renovated in 2017. Maximum tranquility.
Conditions
At check in, a deposit of € 150.00 is requested, to be paid directly to the tenant, which will be returned upon check out, subject to verification of the property unit and its equipment.
