Good villa but we did not enjoy it as much as we were looking forward to it. Only one shower in the whole villa, that was broken for the first 3 days of our 8night stay. One of the bathrooms had a blocked sink so couldn't even brush teeth or wash hands after going to the toilet. Kept chasing for repairs and the host was being rude. 3 days without incomplete bathroom facilities and they think it's okay? Vrbo wasnt much help either. The villa has 4 bedrooms and sleeps comfortably 8people. The rest they just squeezed us in tiny low frames that squeeze when you move a finger. Everyone was complaining about the squeeky noises from the pullout frames (so called beds). Not much fun and disturbed other people in the room. Villa advertised for 12pp but is not suited for comfortable for 12, we felt it wasbest suited for 8-9people max. The lounge has sofa seating 6 people only with 2 chairs. Not for 12. Pool is small for 12 people, too. The pool isnt well constructed either. Theres very small proportion of shallow end and 3/4 of the pool is deep, the shallow to deep end is very steep, not ideal for family pool fun. Car park for one mini car only. the gates are not wide for normal family car to comfortably go in and out, very narrow. Ensuite bathroom advertised with jacuzzi but it wasnt working. Fridge advertised as with icemaker, which doesnt work either! I wouldnt stay here again, or recommend it for a group larger than 8-9people. Otherwise the villa is ok. Seen better ones!

Lovely family holiday!

Great villa, lots of room for a group of 11 (adults/children and infants). Pool and outside area is lovely with plenty of loungers/chairs. Nice and quiet area, not really anything within walking distance however Ubers we’re really easy to get. Albufeira (around 10-11euros) and Gale only 4-5 euros. Algarve shopping mall is just down the road, huge and worth a visit. Would love to come back.

Amazing villa

We have just spent 10 days at this villa and I can’t recommend this place highly enough, it’s nice and modern inside with all the things you need to have a comfortable stay, there’s lots of space and it has a excellent pool. I met Karine at the villa on the first day to get the keys and all information, she was very helpful and stayed in touch with us by WhatsApp to makes sure there wasn’t any problems or if we needed anything. We chose not to rent a car and got cabs to Albufeira and Armacao de pera, which was really easy with Uber, I would give this place 10/10 and would definitely stay here again

The villa was modern and clean but was miles from any facilities The welcome pack was under welming needed water milk coffee bread at least especially as we were not told how olisplated the urbanisation was

I am really disappointed with your comment, and the rating you gave to our house.The location was clearly indicated on the ad, the map on the site, as well as on the sheet that I sent you by email, with all the distances BY CAR, for access to beaches, restaurants, town center, and Hobbies. All our vacationers have always greatly appreciated their stay, and have congratulated us on the location.The welcome pack allows you to have the necessary for washing machines, coffee and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. I advise you to read the ads carefully,everything was clearly explained. In your case, prefer the city center, with much higher prices. Sincerely

A month in the sun

We had done a lot of research about the villa and its location and we knew exactly what to expect. We were not disappointed in any way. Korine the property manager met us at the villa, earlier than the official acess time, and gave us a tour and some helpful tips, before leaving us with the key and the remote for the gate. The villa was very clean and loked well maintained. There were plenty of chairs and sun loungers and the big umbrella was a very welcome sight. We appreciated the welcome pack and the wine especially. Apart from some minor issues with the electic trip switches, swiftly resolved with Korine's help, we had absolutely no problems during the whole of our stay. We have enjoyed a month in a lovely part of Portugal, in a villa that met and even exceeded our expectations, allowing us the opportunity to relax when necessary and also to explore the area and to sample quite a few of the local restaurants. Wunderbare Villa für viele Personen

Die Villa war wunderbar für unsere kleine Familie und Freunde. Bei der entgegennahme war die Villa leider nicht sauber leider schade. Ansonsten war der Vermieter wie auch die zuständige Person jederzeit erreichbar und zuvorkommend. Von der Villa erreicht man mit dem Auto alle Orte innert 15 min von daher nicht schlecht. Wir bedanken uns herzlichst für den Aufenthalt und auf ein ander mal.

Passámos uma semana excelente. Apesar de ser em Dezembro com o aquecimento da piscina deu para aproveitar bem. Os miúdos chegaram a utilizar a piscina inclusive À noite. A casa é bem apetrechada com todo o tipo de utensílios necessários. Fica bem localizada e perto de acessos principais. Vamos voltar.

Una estancia ideal

El alojamiento es perfecto para unas vacaciones en el Algarve. La casa preciosa, limpia y con todas las comodidades. La piscina genial. La casa se encuentra en una urbanización entre Algoz y Guia a 5 minutos de un centro comercial. A 15 minutos de las playas de Albufeira y muy cerca de los pueblos y playas más bonitos del Algarve. Repetiría sin duda.

Magnifique séjour

Très belle maison avec tout le nécessaire, très bon accueil de Dominique et réponse rapide du propriétaire, tout était au top et la piscine chauffée un plus. Toute ma famille a aimé. On y retournerait demain volontiers.
