Unos dias agradables en el Algarve

La casa es bonita y amplia para grupos, con una piscina estupenda que compensa la distancia que existe a la playa. Muy recomendable.

2nd time Staying Fantastic - Highly recommend

This was our 2nd stay and again was fantastic. Communication prior to arrival and on arrival was faultless. We were able to check in earlier as Villa was ready. Party of 10 was made up of 2 families with ages from 5 to adults. Would highly recommend as location is superb and villa is excellent. Thanks for allowing us to stay again Susanna

Tiltalende hus, men litt dårlig utstyrt med f.eks vinglass.

Veldig fin hage med nydelig basseng. Fin spiseplass med skygge til frokost og middag. Savnet et par sittegrupper med parasoller, da det er slitsomt med bare liggestoler. Veldig rent og fint hus.

Groot huis met heerlijk zwembad

Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf hier. We waren met z’n tienen. Veel ruimte. Zwembad fantastisch. Supermarkt lopen of Uber. Susana superhost.

Would Recommend to friends and family in future.

My friends and I stayed in the Villa at the start of October 2022. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the host was very accommodating and clear from the outset. Villa had everything you could want to enjoy your stay. There is a local shop where you can pick up the essentials for cleaning etc and then Aldi isn’t a long walk away. The strip is only a 15 min walk away and about 5 minutes in an Uber. Definitely advise downloading the Uber app as it’s easy way to get around. Only thing I would say is to take note that as it’s part of accommodation complex it might not have the privacy you are looking for. We had one late night that was escalate the next morning by the neighbours. We sincerely apologised for any inconvenience it may have caused them however as it was only one night. I believe the situation could have been handled a bit better rather than immediate threats of the police showing up being made.

Very good

We recently spent two weeks in this lovely villa . The villa was very clean and well maintained with plenty of space for 8 people. kitchen well equipped and a lovely bbq area . Located about 20 minute walk from the town centre with a very large Aldi about half way . Very easy to get around using Uber (downloaded the app and did not have to wait very long at all). The management of the villa were on hand to resolve any issues (only issue we had was running out of gas on 1st day which was resolved very quickly indeed) Would definitely recommend this villa.

Absolutely Amazing

9 of us in total stayed at Villa Anabella made up of 2 families with children aged 16,13,12,7 & 3. pre arrival communication with Susanna was excellent, Susanna arranged for our transfers which was a big help. We were able to drop our bags off early and go for lunch before being allowed to check in at 1pm. The villa was absolutely fantastic big enough for us all and clean. Pool was a good size and enjoyed by all throughout our stay. The pool table was also a massive bonus. The strip is within walking distance or a 7 Euro Uber ride where there a plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Aldi is in between which is a 4-5 Euro. Using Uber here is great we also had trips to the Marina and old town. Will definitely come again we loved it.

Verbleef hier met 10 vriendinnen. Ligging van de woning was perfect. Woning super netjes en Susana was erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Hele mooie tijd gehad.

super goed!

Ik heb samen met 6 vrienden een week verblezen in dit mooie huis. We hebben een super goede ervaring beleefd. Alles was geregeld zoals het online stond en het contact vooraf was ook duidelijk. Tijdens ons verblijf waren er soms nog problemen en dan konden we altijd bellen met de eigenaar. Kortom, het was super!

A wonderful family holiday

We have just returned from a fabulous weeks break. 4 adults, 4 children and 1 teenager! Communications before our visit were excellent and check in smooth on the day of arrival. We arrived earlier than checkin and were able to get in a bit earlier which was a bonus. Villa was bright, clean, tidy and smelt great! Pool was lovely - and kids spent ages in there. Only 10-15 mins walk to the bars and restaurants in or around the strip. Thoroughly enjoyable week and would thoroughly recommend to anyone!

Amazing villa

We have just got back from a 2 week holiday at this lovely villa. The villa itself is absolutely wonderful. The pictures do not do it justice. There was 9 of us and plenty of space for us all. It is a very secure property which is gated so we knew the children were safe wandering around the grounds. Susana was very helpful and sorted out transfers to and from the airport for us. She was always just a message away to help with any queries. The pool is amazing. We spent many days just around the pool as we couldn't drag the children away from it. The location is perfect. It's situated out of the main strip so quiet, but close enough to walk to. Or a short taxi ride costs as little as 4euros. I honestly can't rate this place enough it truly is a special place.

Lovely Villa

A great villa situated in a convenient location only a short walk from everything you need. We loved the swimming pool and the pool room! Susana was very helpful and arranged transfers for us. Definitely recommend this as a great holiday villa for a group of friends.

This is the first time I’ve booked through owners direct, very professional and Susana was very helpful from the day we booked till the last day in the villa, fantastic villa away from the hustle of the town but close enough to walk into town when we needed to , the villa was full of everything we needed from cable tv to a pool table ! Very modern with everything we needed to enjoy our stay , I highly recommend this villa ,

Amazing villa

Just back from a weeks holiday at this fantastic villa. Perfect location only 10 mins walk from the strip. Owner could not be more helpful arranged very cheap transfers for us. Villa has a pool table which was great amusement for the guys at night. Swimming pool was a good size and pool heating was an added bonus. Villa has everything you need and is very modern can't wait to book for next year

Fantastic modern Villa

I would highly recommend this villa. Very modern with everything you need including a clean well presented swimming pool and great BBQ area. The pool room is a real cherry on the cake. The owner is very helpful and even arranged transfers, which all went smoothly. The small bar, restaurant round the corner is ideal, and a 10mins walk and your into the strip of Albufeira. Highly recommended. Thanks for a good stay.

Fabulous Property!

Spacious Property in Excellent Location, The Villa was Private and Secure, Spotlessly Clean and Modern. The owner was extremely helpful, arranged our transfers and even helped us retrieve a forgotten handbag...(!) There is a little shop, bar and restaurant a short stroll away. Would highly recommend this villa and would love to stay again!

Modern and Excellent Villa

We stayed here (6 adults and 2 children) in early June for 10 nights. The villa is very modern and seemed extremely secure with locking front gate, alarm and high walls around the pool area. It has a fully fitted kitchen and BBQ area which we made great use of. The pool area had sun all day and the pool was never too cold. The pool table was a nice feature in the garage also. There is a small shop over the road and a slightly bigger one in the neighbouring villa complex which was very handy for supplies. For a full shop, a cheap taxi ride for 5 minutes takes you to the big supermarket. The villa is situated far enough away from the lively pubs strip to relax but close enough that 10 minute walk down and then up a hill gets you there, where you will find bars and restaurants. However we had kids so we jumped in a cab which was only 4 Euros, so good value. Would recommend the villa and area highly
