Thank you for writing a review of your Holiday staying at my Chalet. I’m so pleased you found my Chalet well organised & enjoyed the wonderful view. The Holiday Park is in an area of outstanding natural beauty with steep cliffs at the bottom of the wooded valley so unfortunately this does make the walk through the woods down to the local beach quite steep in parts. I’m so glad you would love to return & I would always welcome you & your family to stay at my Chalet in the future.

Thank you for reviewing your stay at my Chalet & I am pleased you found you had all you needed there but its disappointing to hear the Chalet was too small for you & your family. It’s regrettable you did not appreciate you could sit outside in the communal garden area next to the adjacent Chalet, as detailed in the ‘About this property’ section on the website, where It also mentions that I provide a portable picnic table and portable picnic chairs for guests use. I’m glad you found the site pleasant with the Chalet in a good position for the Park Amenities.

Thank you for your review & I am pleased you found the Chalet well equipped, clean & in a good location on the Site. It is disappointing to hear you did not fully enjoy your stay at my Chalet. The sizes of the bedrooms are compact but this is portrayed well by the photos & the full description on my Website. Along with wardrobes & overhead cupboards there are additional under bed storage boxes for non hanging items. I am sorry this was not sufficient for your needs. The Shower cubicle is a ‘Standard‘ size. Also it does not have a sliding door that can sometimes restrict access but with a door that opens fully so I am surprised that you state it was very small. I ask all guests to report any issues to me during their stay in order that I can try to resolve them as soon as possible. Unfortunately you did not contact me therefore I was unable to ask the Holiday Park (responsible for the water pressure) Manager to investigate the problem. Also I was unable to ensure the shower controls had been set correctly. I am pleased you enjoyed the new addition of Wi-fi in my Chalet & found the facilities for the Children on the Holiday Park good.
