This end-terrace cottage rests within West Bay and sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms.

Brock Cottage is an end-terrace cottage set within the resort of West Bay, in Dorset. It comes with three bedrooms, comprising of a king-size double, a standard double and a second-floor twin bedroom, sleeping six people altogether. There is also a bathroom with bath, separate walk-in shower, two basins and WC. Separate WC on first floor. Completing the interior is a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room. To the outside, you will find a small lawn garden and parking is available nearby. Brock Cottage is a superb base for exploring the coast with your loved ones. Please Note as of 2026: The gas fire that was for decorative use has now been removed.

Amenities: Gas central heating. Gas range hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car. Enclosed lawn garden. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.1 miles

Town: West Bay is known as the “The Gateway To The Dorset Jurassic Coast' and is situated on the sandstone cliffs of Golden Cap, near Chesil Beach. Within the resort you will find shops, pubs and opportunities for fishing, golf, fossil hunting, boating and scuba diving. Close by is the market town of Bridport and the seaside resort of Lyme Regis.
