Spacious and luxurious two-bedroom holiday apartment, with two bathrooms, terrace of 42 m2 with magnificent views of the beach of Jandia and its famous lighthouse, very sunny and with all the necessary amenities to enjoy a magnificent holiday, just 350 m away from the beach, and very close to the leisure and shopping area. The terrace is fully furnished, and from the bed of the double bedroom, you can observe the beach without having to get up. The apartment is very comfortable, has an interior surface of 72 m2, and consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of them in the master bedroom, with bath-shower, Wc, two sinks and bidet), the other bathroom, with a shower, a sink, toilet and bidet. Living room with TV, stereo, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, oven, microwave, cutting board, dishes of all kinds, dishwasher, etc.)

Wonderful view and terrace

The apartment is in a great location with far reaching views over the beach, sea and lighthouse. It's a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants with plenty of street parking if you hire a car. Perfect for a beach holiday!

Beautiful view from the balcony

This is a lovely well appointed apartment. A real home from home feeling. The beds are comfy the blackout blinds work well and are needed due to working lighthouse in front. The outside dinning area was large and well used during our stay. Walking up the steep hill back up to the apartment when returning from the beach can be hard work although taxis are abundant and very reasonable. You can only have such a spectacular view by being high up.

Unser Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Es war nicht unser erster Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Apartment mit Superbalkon [Terasse] und Traumblick. Ein Traum

Es gibt schon einige Top Bewertungen dieses Objektes. Wir können uns diesen nur anschließen.Es gab bislang in unserer 30 jährigen Urlauberkarriere keine Ferienwohnung, die uns gut gefallen hat. Insbesondere ist auch die Kommunikation mit Enrique hervorzuheben. Einfach sensationell. So etwas freundliches und zuvorkommendes haben wir selten erlebt. Wir werden garantiert wiederkommen. Wunderbare Wohnung

Wir waren im Dezember da. Sonne auf dem sehr großen Balkon bis 16.00 Uhr. Fantastische Aussicht. Sehr ruhig; das gilt auch für das zur Straße gelegene Schlafzimmer, da die Straße nicht mit Autos befahren werden kann. Problemloses Parken in sehr kurzer Entfernung möglich. Die Wohnung ist sehr reichlich ausgestattet. Enrique ist ein sehr angenehmer Gastgeber, der sofort auf eine Nachfrage von uns reagiert hat. Wir kommen hier gerne wieder her!

Traumhaft schön!

Super Aussicht, ruhige Lage ( teilweise Fußweg), gut zu erreichen, Parkmöglichkeit fürs Auto immer in der Nähe zu finden. Anlage und Wohnung sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war perfekt, Danke an das Team.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in einer tollen Wohnung

Wir waren von der Wohnung sehr begeistert, egal ob Teenager oder Erwachsener und wir würden gerne auch mehr wie 5 Sterne geben. Hier stimmt alles, die Wohnung und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, beides ist top.

Einfach perfekt!

Eigentlich möchten wir hier gar nicht so viel Werbung machen, da man das Objekt dann nur noch schwer bekommen kann :-). Aber "Einfach perfekt" reicht nicht. Eine einzigartige Unterkunft mit einem Traumblick, supertolle und zuverlässige Abwicklung, total netter Kontakt zum Vermieter und seinen Mithelferinnen. Das war bisher ultimativ das Beste, was wir als Wohnung für 12 Nächte mieten konnten, vielen Dank dafür! T. und H. Roland

Sehr schönes Apartment, tolle Lage mit beeindruckender Aussicht

Das Apartment ist wertig und vollständig ausgestattet und liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnkomplex. Von dem Balkon hat man eine beeindruckende Aussicht auf den Stand und das Meer, insbesondere die Sonnenaufgänge sind immer wieder ein Erlebnis. Die Betreuung und der Empfang vor Ort waren sehr herzlich, einen herzlichen Dank an Herrn Lopez und Lola. Wir werden bestimmt gern wieder kommen.

Traumhafte Wohnung mit einem SUPER Ausblick!!

Hallo Enrique, es waren wunderschöne 14 Tage Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet und lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen, alles ist vorhanden. Wir fühlten uns bei der Ankunft wie zu Hause. Ein Lob an Lola und Anna, die beiden sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Super Wohnung mit Traumblick

Traumwohnung mit tollem Blick auf Strand und Meer

Super Urlaub und Traumwohnung

Wir haben 3 Wochen in dieser Traumwohnung verbracht und es war ein top erholsamer Urlaub wie schon lange nicht mehr.Die Lage und die Ausstattung der FeWo entsprechen voll den Bildern und Beschreibung und alles war sauber . wir sind seit 1981 in Jandia unterwegs aber dieser Urlaub wird immer der bisher beste bleiben !!! Lovely apartment, very well presented by the owner. The owner gave great attention to detail both in the apartment itself and the service he provided. The apartment is very private, even on the balcony. The views are excellent and the location is brilliant. We enjoyed our most relaxing holiday ever and we will definitely be returning.

Überwintern in Jandia

Wir möchten uns rechtherzlich bedanken für die schöne Ferienwohnung.Mein Mann und ich sind seit 20 Jahren auf dieser Insel.Wir haben alle Unterkünfte ausprobiert.Am Anfang waren es Hotels, dann sind wir auf Ferienwohnungen umgestiegen.Man hat dort mehr Platz in den Wohnungen.Diesesmal hatten wir richtig Glück.Die Tabarillawohnung ist super geschnitten und bietet alle Möglichkeiten einen schönen Urlaub zu gestalten.Ebenso die traumhafte große Terrasse.Ja die Beschreibung stimmt perfekt.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch schon wieder gebucht.Wir sind froh, diese Wohnung gefunden zu haben.Ebenso möchten wir uns bei der netten Betreuung von Anna und Lola bedanken.Es gab keinerlei Probleme, man hatte immer einen Ansprechpartner.Nochmals vielen Dank, bis im nächstem Jahr.Bernd und Biggi

Traumurlaub in einer Traumwohnung

Ich kann nur wiederholen was alle anderen geschrieben haben. Es ist eine Traumwohnung mit einem sagenhaften Ausblick. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Anna empfangen und in die Wohnung eingewiesen. Da Anna deutsch spricht konnte sie uns alles genau erklären. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten sind super klasse, habe im Urlaub noch nie so gut geschlafen. Diese Wohnung ist das Allerbeste was wir je gebucht haben. Enrique ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, da mein Mann über einen längeren Zeitraum krank war konnten wir noch nicht fest buchen. Enrique hat unsere Reservierung über einen längeren Zeitraum verlängert und war dabei sehr verständnisvoll. Vielen Dank nochmal hierfür. Ja man könnte noch vieles schreiben. Wir haben für das nächste Jahr wieder reserviert, dass sagt doch alles. Ganz liebe Grüße an Anna und Lola. Superschöner und erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es ist wirklich eine Traumwohnung und ein traumhafter Ausblick. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön, man hat das Gefühl direkt am Strand zu sein.Alles sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sind sehr gut. Habe noch nie im Urlaub so gut geschlafen. Da wir seit Jahren Privaturlaub machen kann ich nur sagen, dass ist das Beste, was wir je gebucht hatten. Ein toller Empfang durch Anna, die uns eingewiesen hat. Anna spricht deutsch, da waren wir sehr froh, da wir nur wenig Englisch sprechen. Besonders Liebe Grüße an Anna und Lola die wir kurz kennengelernt haben. Enrique vielen Dank für Ihre Geduld und lieben Worte während unserer Buchung. Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es ist wirklich eine Traumwohnung und ein traumhafter Ausblick. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön, man hat das Gefühl direkt am Strand zu sein.Alles sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sind sehr gut. Habe noch nie im Urlaub so gut geschlafen. Da wir seit Jahren Privaturlaub machen kann ich nur sagen, dass ist das Beste, was wir je gebucht hatten.
