Wonderful experience and stay here, the place was spotless and the managers were very easily reached. Some reviews mention the restaurant smells, honestly it smelled delicious and only noticed it when we were in the hall. 11/10 would stay again.

Air-conditioned apartment in Le Marais!

My wife and I were very happy with this property where we stayed for three weeks. We loved the busy Marais neighborhood with all sorts of restaurants, cafes, and shopping close by. Although the apartment was somewhat small, it was well cared for, and we were able to easily accommodate our daughter and her husband, who stayed with us for four days. The air conditioning was more than adequate to handle the few summer days where temperatures were at or close to 37 C. The apartment was quiet, has excellent wifi (my wife worked remotely there), and is very close to a Metro stop and the Pompidou museum (but closed for renovations when we were there).

Perfection!

We loved our stay. Clean, quiet, very responsive host and in a great location. We walked to all the major attractions and had our pick of metro lines in close proximity when our feet were tired. The unit had everything we needed for a family of 4. We would stay here again!

Beautiful room/location

We had an amazing time in Paris due in large part to this fantastic room in such a fantastic location to enjoy the city. From start to finish our experience with Cobblestone was top notch and will definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

Great place in great neighborhood

Wonderful location, wonderful apartment, wonderful host!Nadia went out of her way to help us check in after problems with texting on my phone. She got it straightened out and then texted us restaurants, shops and places to see in the neighborhood. She also told us about an app that was a godsend for using public transportation. The only downside was a smell in the bathroom (they said caused by old pipes )- other people had mentioned this also. All and all it was a great place to stay and a wonderful vacation.

Amazing Property in a great location!

We were so impressed with the level of service leading up to our stay, the attention to detail we received in pre-arrival communications and the onsite staff while we were in Paris. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and in a great area of Paris. We loved everything about it and will stay there again for any future travel. This is definitely one to choose if you are looking for a great apartment in Paris!

We loved our stay in Paris at the Le Merlot du Marais - Pompidou. The check in process was excellent. We met with Nadia at a café near the apartment, she went over all the details, provided travel tips, recommendations, and was just very pleasant and welcoming. We had a bottle of wine and chocolate waiting for us. Perfect after a long trip.The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Just as described online.Highly recommend the location, apartment and customer service. Already looking forward to our next stay when we travel back to Paris.

exceeded our expectations

We were delighted with the property, it was exactly what we needed for 5 nights in Paris! More space than we had in a hotel room last time, comfortable, very clean, cute & in a terrific location! We walked easily to Notre Dame & the Louvre among other places. The host was super helpful with my questions, responsive & terrific meeting us & showing us around. We had all that we needed with the nice kitchen & supplies provided. I loved all the guidebooks & binder with tips for travelling in Paris. Thank you so much Cobblestone team!

It’s a neat little apartment with everything you could want in a convenient location in the city center. Great host team that’s communicative and responsive. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the tray you put detergent in in the washing machine was a little gross—had what looked like mold growing in there. But it was a minor point and did not detract from the overall experience. Would consider staying here again.

Brilliant stay at Le Merlot du Marais

The apartment was so well equipped! What a surprise - a coffee pot, hot pot, wine bottle opener....and a washer/dryer. Plus to have items such as tea, coffee, oil, etc. was a great touch. The location was perfect. I've been to Paris numerous times, but have never stayed in Marais. Marais will be my Paris home from now on. Plenty of towels for 2 also - no skimping there. David (greeter) was great also - met us promptly, showed us around, emailed me during our week.

Le Merlot du Marias - a little slice of real Paris

Our experience with Cobblestone and the apartment was perfection. Our greeter was Eleanor from the UK, she was great. Very helpful and had some wonderful suggestions for local eateries to get us started in the Marais. I was incredibly happy with the apartment. Everything was exactly as described on the website and the apartment was sparkling clean. The building is quiet- no street noise. Plenty of local cafes, markets, and bakeries plus great access to buses and the Metro. Safe area with diverse nightlife options nearby. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Lovely apartment in Le Marais

This is a lovely apartment in Le Marais. Just a stone's throw from Le Centre Pompidou and close to so many great restaurants, groceries, shops, etc. An easy walk to Hotel de Ville or a stroll along the Seine. Everything is updated and modern with a comfortable American double bed, so cozy, but a bit small if you're used to American Queen bed or larger. On the third (American) floor of secure building with no elevator. Convenient washer/dryer combo, but takes some time to do laundry, if you're in a hurry a laundromat is less than a 5 minute walk away. Great for couples, but could feel cramped for more than two people. Nice bottle of wine, fresh flowers, and chocolate were a great welcome gift. Be sure to visit Huré Boulangerie on Rue Rambuteau for the best croissants and other baked goodies in Paris!

Great neighborhood, quiet and cozy

Great location, close to the metro and lots of food and shopping. Communication with property manager was responsive and our stay had no unexpected issues. Note that the unit is up two flights of (narrow) stairs and the unit is not air conditioned.

Great location in Marais

I really enjoyed my stay here! It is super convenient to the metro and lots of shops/restaurants/grocery stores. I had a couple of issues with a smell under the bathroom sink and the couch cushions, which Jennifer offered to fix right away. The space is bigger than I expected and the information booklet they provided is worth a thorough read for lots of helpful hints on getting around the city and places to go. I definitely recommend!

The Perfect Parisian Apartment!

Amazing apartment in a local neighborhood in Paris. Beautifully furnished and decorated, and extremely clean and well kept. Cobblestone is very helpful getting in and with any questions you may have. The neighborhood was quiet, but very close to great bars, restaurants and shops.

Perfect property. It is by far the best rental I had in Paris, and I stayed in Paris over 20 times. Excellent location, quiet, very safe with code lock on outside door, two other locked doors. All amenities one can need, clean, very easy to communicate. Do not have any complains, really.

Central, clean, quiet, convenient

The location was fabulous, we could walk to many of our destinations and had easy access to public transportation. We would highly recommend the airport transfer service. This service was excellent. Katie was very friendly, helpful and accessible. Great experience! Thank you!

Perfect in Paris

I rented this apartment for a week in Paris. It was a cozy for 4 of us (mom & 3 college age daughters) but we managed fine. The apartment is as pictured and was very clean. The bathroom is very modern and although small it is very functional. The kitchen has all you will need for breakfast and light meals. We were happy to have hot tea/chocolate with a quick breakfast before heading out into the cold! We kept snacks and wine on hand as well. The neighborhood is safe with many shops, including a grocery, and restaurants in the immediate area. We came in late at night often and did not feel uncomfortable at all. You can see the Centre Pompidou from outside the apartment. Go to the bar there for a late night drink - you can see the Eiffel Tower! We walked to almost everything - even longer walks to Sacre Couer and the Eiffel Tower. Perfect location for walking or convenience to the metro. We used the recommended shuttle service to/from the airport and it worked out well. Our greeter was pleasant and we had no problems in the apartment. Don't bring a huge suitcase as the stairwell in the apartment building is tight! I would rent from Cobblestone again - it was easy and the apartment was lovely!
