We had a lovely stay! Julien was helpful and communicative. The area is close to lots of transit, and very walkable from the charming Montmarte area. The apartment is clean and cute, and it was nice to have access to a full kitchen while we visited. A perfect place to stay for a first trip to Paris, at a great price!

We had such a wonderful time at Julien's apartment! Both being musicians, we very much enjoyed the CD collection. Lots of great books to read (though our French is very limited!). Everything felt homely and was furnished beautifully. The kitchen was well equipped plus there were lots of different teas to try out! Just a note for those who may have mobility issues, there isn't a lift/elevator, and the apartment is a few floors up. The area was really interesting - we found some really cool shops, one of which was selling hand made percussion instruments from Cotê d'Ivoire.Lots of good grocery shops, bakeries and cafes nearby, with good tips from Julien's helpful guide to the area.

Great space!

It was very nice to have an apartment instead of a hotel room. It was great to have the extra space and our own kitchen. The stairs were a bit daunting and the neighborhood was definitely interesting. We found a couple of great restaurants down the road which we visited often. The pastry shop at two doors down was amazing! Overall we had a great time and really enjoyed the apartment.

Great apartment in the 18th

Very nice apartment, decorated well. Chic. Photos are very accurate. It had a washer/dryer, full kitchen, nice bathtub, comfortable bed, etc. Easy check in. The apartment is in the 18th arrondissement in a quartier that is working class and immigrant. Paris is the crossroads of the world and this neighborhood reflects that. A very active street life which makes Paris fascinating. Everyone seems to know each other and have a good time. Great award winning French bakery up the block.
