Everything we needed in a friendly and convenient location

We stayed here for a week. The bed was very comfortable for my husband and me. Our bed at home is king-sized. This was bed is smaller but still large enough that we didn't feel cramped. Our teenaged daughter was comfortable on the futon couch. We were happy to have the washer/dryer combo. There is no closet, but there is a coat rack with hangers that we used to hang up what we would wear for the following day after spraying it with wrinkle release. There is an iron and board, but we didn't use them. The kitchenette has a small refrigerator, sink, and hot plate. We ate out or brought meals home to eat at the dining table that seats 4. The owner quickly responded to questions. The location is great. We were a very short walk away from great gelato, morning coffee and croissants, nice restaurants with outdoor tables and friendly waiters, a tram stop, and a metro stop on the orange line. Within a 10 minute walk is the Duomo and the Galleria and another metro stop on the red line.

Location great, play not so good

Excellent location. Really old terrible sheets and towels. Black mold running up bathroom wall. Front door handle inside apartment comes off in your hand. Cute outside of building and convenient to all.

Este apartamento está muy bien ubicado, se puede caminar a todos los sitios de interés. En caso de necesitar un taxi hay una parada de taxis en el Duomo (5 minutos caminando), lo cual es muy conveniente pues los taxis en Milán son muy difíciles de encontrar. Alessandro, el anfitrión, es muy amable, contesta muy rápido y ayuda muchísimo. El apartamento cuenta con una plantilla de inducción, no tiene microondas. Es pequeño pero cómodo El A/C funciona muy bien. Fuimos tres personas, nos acomodamos bien pero el colchón del sofá cama no es muy cómodo. Sí lo recomiendo.

Good location. Charming apartment.

The apartment if very close to The Duomo. It is also right by a less-crowded piazza, which is great to sit outside and enjoy coffee, wine, or a meal.

Nice Flat in the middle of the city

The property is very well located near the main attractions of Milano but it is also quiet so we really enjoyed our vacation.

Lovely stay in Milan

The apartment was in a perfect location. We could walk to the Duomo. It was quiet, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. Allesandro was very helpful. We arrived late and during a transport strike. He stayed in contact with us until we were in the apartment. We would stay here again on our next trip to Milan.

The property is small, but efficient. Not all of the light fixtures had bulbs in them, and that was not corrected even after it was reported to the host. We had issues with the door handle and locks, but the host was available right away to assist and remedy the problem. The check in process was wonderful. A video was provided showing every detail on obtaining entry to the premises. The host was always available immediately, and even provided information on transportation options. We stayed for 9 nights and overall it was acceptable.

Location, location, location

This apartment was perfectly located. The Duomo was a nice 7 min walk, and all the other must see places bo more than a 20 minute walk. Alesandro, the owner, was super attentive and the communication great. I would highly recommend this place. It’s nice an ample, the a/c works great, it’s in a quiet place so you don’t hear the city traffic. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was super convenient. Great hot water and pressure in the shower.

Quaint little apartment located close to good restaurants a short walk to Duomo cathedral with AC.

The apartment was just as described. One guest room and a couch that pulled out into a bed. Perfect for two adults with kids. The kitchen was small with out a microwave, but it had a coffee maker and cups for morning coffee plus all utensils needed. There was a small refrigerator which was stocked with water which we really appreciated. The AC worked wonderful and was necessary during the hot days we were there. 3 small things- 1) there was a crack in the toilet seat that we told the manager & owner about & neither responded. 2) There was a crooked/broken seat at the kitchen table- not sure if owners/managers were aware. Not a big deal, since we only stayed there two short nights. 3) Our plane was delayed(no fault of our own) and my bag was lost so we were not at the apartment until 9:20PM. The hotel manager charged us $45 extra to include a $24 tourist tax? Prior to our trip Alessandro was very communicative helping us with transportation to the apartment and sending us a map which was very helpful. In addition, he relayed information to me about my missing luggage which finally arrived at 1pm on the 2nd day. All in all, if you are looking for a quaint place walking distance to good restaurants, shopping and sites. This place is in a good location.

Great location

We had one small issue that was addressed with us before our arrival. Alessandro had let us know that the boiler needed replaced on the day of our arrival. We knew prior to our arrival exactly what to expect and it went all as he had stated. Everything about the apartment was as expected. He even allowed us to leave our baggage there earlier than he expected us to arrive. It was a very short walk to see the major sites, which was excellent. The place was well maintained and we enjoyed the stay!
